Sulochana forgave Varsha after she served her sentence under the court of law. Purvi should be subjected to the same before she gets forgiveness from her family because did commit a crime by swapping babies. Infact, just as the family made sure Varsha was punished under the law, someone should also file a case against Purvi since the tape clearly implicated her as well. So not filing a case against Purvi can also be considered double standards.

Varsha's crime of 18 years were forgiven in less than a year so going by the same calculation, purvi's crime should be forgiven within two weeks. 18 yrs x 12 months = 216 months of crime forgiven within less than 10 months so Purvi's hiding the truth of pregnancy for 11 months should take .509 of a month to forgive if my math is not way off! 😊

Hilarious 😆

Purvi and Varsha were put in same catergory of 'taking away' a child from their mothers. I clarified this by stating purvi did not take away arovi baby, it went on its own. But purvi denied ovi right to knowing her child died.

And who said dead baby isn't a baby?

Well in the sense of life the baby was already taken away after the accident
But it was a stillborn
So not giving ovi the right to mourn her baby's death and replacing it with some other child IS taking away the baby

But Purvi did not actually do the deed herself, Onir did it! So Onir was punished. If Purvi had swapped the babies with her own hands, then she would be in jail.
Whereas, Varsha snatched Soham with her own hands, ran away with her own 2 feet, and jumped into the river holding Soham with her own 2 hands! 😆
Purvi merely suggested the swap, Onir executed it,,,,so Onir shd have gone to jail, more so as he was the doctor and it was his responsibility and duty to his patient to tell her the truth.
In the eyes of law, its the person who did the actual deed who is punished! But even Onir was not jailed because even the PR judge thought the deed was done for Ovi's bhalayi!

Purvi did not take away baby arovi. It was taken by the accident/fate whatever you want to call it.

er ...she took away DEAD baby AROVI without mothers consent?

that is a crime ?

clearly i mentioned in my post ''dead or alive they had zilch right ' ?

Varsha got a legal punishment ?

Soham got a sentence ?

Onir got a legal punishment ?

Purvi has not ?

Taking a live baby away cannot be a bigger crime than taking away a woman's right to mourn her dead baby ? In both cases consent is not asked so it is a violation of rights ?

So what is she doing scot free when her place should be in jjail ?

Why should only Onir be punished ?

Why shouldn't court reprimand her for her whims when in the tyaag mood ?

I am talking of facts not an untruth ?

Anyways no one has to agree . Its my POV .

So, criminals who masterminds crimes aren't punished😕. So, a person planning a crime and hiring a hit man isn't punishable by law😕. for he didn't pull that trigger😕 Which law are we talking about😆😆🤣

Er ...says who ??Tape CLEARLY showsthe implication of Purvi ? Pucca saboot ? Ignored of course . Court rejected bhalayi motive but also ignored Purvi . CVs can''t afford lead being jailed .
