Purvi may not have committed the offence but she can be charged for aiding and abetting. The charge of aiding and abetting does include anyone who counsels, commands or procures a crime even though they haven't participated in the action of the crime.

Mayur , it was HER baby that was stealthily kept in place of the dead one ...WITH her confirmed consent ...any police officer can arrest her on an equal charge as SHE told the doctor .

yup that is a criminal offense in a court of law, as it amounts to child trafficking...who says that children are only trafficked for prostitution etc. Children put in place of a dead rich kid is enough motives to be handcuffed Purvi off to jail for the motives is of course that 'riches'...I

True and I do believe she should be charged just the same as Onir was since she was the mastermind behind this plan. I mentioned the aiding and abetting charge to counter-argue that even though she may not have switched her baby with her own hands, there are still other charges that can be put against her. Under no circumstances is Purvi off the hook under the law even though she may not have done the deed with her hands.

Simply put, Purvi planned the baby swap and 'hired' Onir to do it... both are equally implicated in the baby swapping crime

Ekta's court in PR gave Onir and Purvi a clean chit, just only cancelling his licence!
Now how can we viewers change it? 😆
Purvi did not kidnap or shoot someone like Varsha and Soham did. On the contrary she GAVE her own live baby to someone whose baby had died! I dont think any court would punish her for baby DONATION! Except for this forum court. 😆
Punishment is for people who TAKE away, not for people who GIVE! Simple logic!😆

Purvi took away Ovi's chance of seeing her baby for the last time and to give her baby a proper funeral.

Ovi never asked abt her own baby after learning the truth abt Pari...why didnt she ask Onir that what did u do with my baby? Was it a boy or girl? She seems more furious abt the fact that Pari is ArVi baby, not abt her own baby's cremation or gender... why isnt she asking questions abt her own baby?
Anyway she didnt even want her baby in the first place, wished it dead... That is such a bad omen to say I dont care what happens to my baby, and drink alcohol like a crazy woman during first trimester! In fact it was Purvi who tried her best to save Ovi's baby by forcing Onir to come to Mumbai and treat Ovi...by hiding Ovi's alcohol bottle, she tried so much to save Ovi's baby! But her good intentions are never appreciated! Its not easy for a mother to give up her newborn but Purvi did that for Ovi's sake...for that she is being blamed!

One has to ' GIVE ' baby with the other woman's consent , not without consent , simple civic right .

Kalapi ur right . Infact i hope that if Onir is being turned negative , he should say that she placed her child in place of a dead rich child . Although Arjun is her baby''s father , the baby is illegitimate and would not have been as rich as the legitimate baby . Thats the way the police would look at this crime and its motive . She needs to be in jail , period . Family acceptance and milan with Arjun AFTER the sentence .

Ovi had grown to love the baby which can be seen in the scenes when she was excited for the baby to come into the world, and dreaming about the child's future profession and all. Her devastation at the loss of her child can also be seen in the scene where she was aimlessly walking through the streets asking random women where her baby was, claiming she lost her baby and needed their help to find him. She was heartbroken that she couldn't even describe her baby to the women on the streets since she herself had never seen the baby. Purvi is no one to make any decision regarding anyone else's baby no matter what her intentions are.
