Not being able to see any loophole gets a little illogical at one point. One one end there is a justification that no best friend or in Dilshad's case no woman would feel that the girl who is like her daughter would do something of this sort. But I think the show needs a change of story here, because this track if stretched any longer shall get exhausting for the viewers.

As for Asad's character. I've come to realize that 4 lions make their men look like smart and calculative but when time comes they tend to lose that sharpness, just so that the evil character is more magnified, but it ends up looking illogical on both the ends.

Asad was always supposed to be a flawed man with a clean heart. Hence though his actions are obviously going to be judged as right or wrong, I am patient because we knew what the character sketch is going to be like. After all as part of a love story eventually he will learn his lessons, understand Zoya's worth, learn how to trust and love, but now he is yet in the process of learning. But at the end of the day Asad and Zoya will end up changing each others lives anyways, Zoya will obviously help him out of it.

Really well said!! The other thing I find exhausting in Tanveer keeps losing her lenses randomly.. and then just in the nick of time.. getting them back. How LONG??

You know what other thing I found illogical.. Was that Tanveer dropped her lense on a dusty floor and
1) Finding it! Next time I lose a pencil or something small, I NEED to call her! She seems to have an eye for finding a needle in hay stack!
2) putting it back in her eye without cleaning it! I mean.. she could really really damage her whole eye here and no lense will be able to hide that!!

I agree :) she is evil and she has to get her ways is understood, the point is that just to make her actions look magnified the other characters/the members of Khan family are being shown to be really oblivious. We're discussing everything in regards to Asad, which is not wrong, but then I just find the script AT THIS POINT, with a lot of loopholes. Even if Tanveer is here to create havoc, it can be done with more pace that it looks logical when it plays out. Its just the unnecessary length of this track that is annoying.

Even if Asad's character was not conservative fans would've been outraged with such closeness with anyone else other than Zoya... And our beliefs shouldn't differ depending the individual in question... If we can be broad and open minded in our approach in certain situations than why not here...??? Asad is conservative not people out here...

I don't know about others but personally I wouldn't have reacted like this if Tanveer was a genuine friend or if thr was someone else in her place...In this case also Asad deserves benefit of doubt bcoz we the viewers are aware about Tannu's real intentions but he isn't.
As far as your point is concerned, I do agree...We can't change our reactions on the basis of an individual involved in a particular situation. But here many people have a problem with Asad getting close to Tanveer bcoz they know she's evil, they wouldn't have had a problem if Asad was hugging/getting close to someone who was genuine.

What sort of a comparison is that anyways? Karan and Surbhi are "actors" and not the characters, they being friends or getting along while they do their job and Asad and Zoya doing whatever in the show is totally poles apart. Though I may choose to not agree with some things the topic maker is saying but this comparison does not make any sense to me either dear.

Probably i haven't been able to put across my point well... I'm talking about how viewers conveniently judge a situation and character depending on their like and dislike and not as the situation comes across... We know for a fact that Tanveer has wrong intentions but as far as Asad is concerned he has never caught her in any suspicious situation... For him she is his childhood friend and he does care for her... Giving you an example, the first Tanveer Asad scene also created a lot of uproar on the basis of conservatism... Tell me one thing... When Asad can hug Zoya when she just nearly escaped death in Mangalpur, then why can't he hug his childhood friend who also faced something similar... When Asad can carry Zoya in his arms while fighting the goons who forcefully tried to get her married, then why can't he do the same when he finds Tanveer injured and bruised...

I spoke about Karan Surbhi in the context of how biased fans get when it comes to their favourite actors... These explanations of conservatism and the like are just reasons to justify why the same thing can be looked as right and wrong depending on the actor and also what we feel is acceptable or not...

I got Karan Surbhi into the picture to point out how our perspective changes when things favour us and go according to our wishes... But, when something that we don't approve of happens, then our so called ideologies also change...

Yes I agree it is Tanveer's bad intention that creates a dislike for her among viewers but I'm sure even if it was a genuine friend of Asad who would be open in her thinking and behaviour, fans would accuse her as well as Asad... For most of them its not about the character but more about the actor playing that character...

I totally agree with you. I mean like seriously, after tanveer touching and hugging him, he still can joke about Jealousy with Zoya. Like seriously, and he keeps quiet everytime tanveer touch him or whatever. Seems like the tehzeeb and tameez asad has gone. I feel really sad for Zoya as she does not deserve this. This is my opinion,;) all i can do is to simply wait and watch!;)

I believe this time the writers are actually going to address this and not screw up like they did with the slap - at least I hope so. I believe we should hang in there..I have a strange inkling that Asad is going to finally surprise us.

he will only surprise me if he stops screaming and yelling at zoya 😲

Because friend or not Asad doesn't go aroung holding girls' hand unless there's a deep connection with them. So even Tanveer was nice and genuinly meant well.. if she did act all touchy with Asad then.. Then it would be out of her character.. But clearly it is all IN her character now.. So Asad's the only one you can look at here.

As a matter of fact Asad has never initiated such things... But when he see's his childhood friend in pain and distress and when that person initiates a hug or holds onto his hand there's nothing wrong if he returns that gesture with the intention of assuring her of his support...

And trust me it is about favourite actors coz fans do get biased in this regard...

I don't think its right to point fingers at Asad coz either he is genuinely unaware of Tanveer's intentions or if he is smart enough to have sensed something and is just playing along till he can expose her then we'll have to wait and watch how he deals with her...
