I definitely agree. I am not at all a fan of Asad's character. I don't understand how Zoya, being an independent woman, puts up with his craziness. The man won't listen to anyone, according to him he never makes mistakes, yet there's been countless times when he's made terrible mistakes that could have cost Zoya her life. He never gives her the benefit of the doubt and is terrible at judging people's character. Zoya does not deserve him one bit. And this whole "friendship" thing, I don't understand how it started, but Asad being the conservative freak he is should definitely not allow for any of this physical or close relation with Tanveer

look at it this way, Asad has never even thought that Tanveer might fulfill his image of the ideal woman and life partner that he has always wanted. even though she fits the bill outwardly. for Asad Tanveer is like a sister. and as a man he is a bit chavinistic, he believes it his duty to protect the women in his life, be it Ammi, Najma, or Tanveer, and definitely Zoya.

Asad never even looks at tanveer, with awareness not like the way he sees Zoya.

people may concider it unhealthy friendship. but Asad does not know what realy going on in tanveer mind. she was hurt before, and she acted like someone had attacked her though she refused to say any thing about that incident. so he assumed that the jummer was ment to kill Tanveer and not Zoya.

but here i think it is the CV's fault of formating the chararacter thought procees they havent stuckt to the logic of the sceen. why would the jummer be ment ot kill tanveer, was Tanveer going to perform a solo dance number. so i feel that the CV's goofed up big time. letting Asad jump to the conclusion that the attack was ment for Tanveer and not Zoya.

and may the the CV's want to carry on this cloke and dagger game for a little while longer. i hope they dont plan to test our patients. i want Tanveer's track over.

I'm pretty amused by the double standards people have on this forum...The one's who seem to detest the closeness and friendship between Asad and Tanveer really love and appreciate the same kind of closeness between Karan and Surbhi off the camera... The high regard they have for relations like love and marriage apply only to fictional characters and shows but when it comes to reality everything seems cool even if it is the other way round... I know this has nothing to do with the show but since you made a topic on hypocrisy and downright unethical friendship I couldn't help but point out the bias...When people are ok with it in reality then why not in a fictional show...???

agree with u...i have also boy-- friends bt never behaved with them like billi does with AAk, and he also dont behave awkward...he allow it all. and the height of hypocracy was he allowed billi to stay even after thinking someone is trying to kill her...he forbid mariyam to stay after mangalpur thing, fearing for family's safety, why allowing billi now?

Agreed but I'm talking about people's perspective... When the same thing is acceptable in reality then why not in a show...??? Isn't that also hypocrisy...???
