Career esp in Fg.. since their aim is to achieve success.. they shudn't let relations stop them.... because true relationships don't break and nor do you lose them.. people respect eachother for wanting to choose their career first...on the otherhand oppurtunities don't come everyday.. if you giv up your chance at your career it may never come back...

It depends on how close the relation is... If you love someone or they are close family or something, then I'd definately choose relations over career.
