Was Arunima flawless?

Arunima sang very well and selected a beautiful, touching song but did she deserve a standing ovation? Was it the song or her rendition? She was out of 'sur' twice and the second time it was obvious. Daler and rest praised her for her flawless rendition. So was it the video I watched or did she really slip twice? I would like to add that still she was much better than many and after the second slip she caught up very well. I think it was the song which was touching because as soon as she started Daler was whistling. Please share your views.

i agree with your observations.....but last two galas she proved that she is a strong contender

I started watching from last Cafe round so I haven't really gotten a chance to know all the contestants. From the updates I read, Arunima is a strong contender and I personally like her. But I didn't think that her performance deserved a standing ovation. Even as they were standing Arshad looked confused and it looked influenced by Daler Mehndi. Daler started whistling as soon as Arunima started. I thought it was the song. Still I agree that Arunima was much better than many of the singers and even after her slip she went right on track.
