See i personally have to admit that i still am not able to get the whole story, as for mw its all very forced. There is no logic behind anything. Don't get me wrong I am definitely watching and also find some scenes quite amusing and all, but i simply have stopped searching for reasons and common sense in it.
But still let me try to share my views with you😉
See I personally think, that if Zoya has been looking out for her father that long and is totally desperate to find him and b near to him. Then there could b created a situation, where she believes that marrying Ayaan is the only way to get near to her father. So i think with that CV's are actually not stepping out of character, as beside being courageous and strong Zoya has also proven that she would go out of her way to get what she wants. And a lot of times takes irrational decisions. So that i kind of can handle, if it is JUST to b near to her father.
Ayaan: oh i totally think he would go for this plan. As much as he is kind hearted he also has proven that he is immature and mostly dos not think about right or wrong or consequences. He simply does what he things is best (mostly for him). Also has he shown that once he is angry or upset he crosses his lines for e.g. calling Asad 'sautela'. So again if a situation is created where Razia is pressurizing him and he actually doesn't want to give Humeira wrong hopes (thts y he would probably try to back off from her and either break her heart than talk things out) ...and on the other hand Zoya wants to enter that house to come closer to Sidduiqi, Ayaan would probably help her (if he knows the truth) to get himself out of Humerias head, to take 'revenge' from Razia and to break the perfect hypocrite life of Sidduiqui who always gives Ayaan lectures.
Asad: I get his pov actually... i mean its pretty reasonable to agree marrying Tanu (remember what he said when he was intoxicated by bhaang?) ...and also once he will find out the truth about her he will back off from the thought of marriage even more. But well i guess then the trac will start where he has to accept his feelings for Zoya, which we all are waiting for 😉
So basically i can actually handle all of that, for the sake of it being a DRAMA-Serial.!
But my issue starts with the Halala and Khula track. Again I think CV's are forcing things in her, I think thats the reason they actually started a Muslim show, to have a new topic. Which is fine for me if they show it properly, cuz if its done tasteful and intensely a triangle like this CAN b really interesting.
In QH there is just no option to make it tasteful at all.

Now before ppl start bashing me 😲, please let me explain guys.
Opt1: See the thing is that if CV's are planing to show that Ayaan and Zoya are just getting married to fulfill their plans and actually dont have an intimate relationship (no sex) ... after that they get divorced and Ayaan now wants her back, as he has fallen for her. Then there is no need of Halala or Khula at all due to islamic law. Then they can simply re-marry each other and live a happy life.
Opt2: If CV's actually want to show that Ayaan and Zoya fell in love during their marriage and did sleep with each other and then got divorced. Then for sure there has to b a Halala. But also do consider that in that case the second marriage also has to b complete (means they have to have sex) ... and after that tehy can get divorced and Zoya can re-marry her first Husband again (just in case).
= so see if CV's are doing option 1 then all this Halala/Khula stuff is being forced into story just to make it a muslim show, although there is no need of it. With that they loose their complete storyline actually!
if CV's are doing option 2. Then the very first mistake was to make both guys brothers, as this simply can never become tasteful in anyway. It is just beyond acceptance (for me) that one girl actually does get properly get married to two brothers. I mean what is she gets pregnant during all that, will they then have to make an DNA test to find out, which BROTHER is actually the father?????? 🤢
For me this whole Halala track is not working like this. As far as i am aware of islamic law i have pointed out my views, hope none feels offended. But well I am a muslim my self, so i am pretty sure i got the laws right😳
