A school boy is walking on the road thinking of his fathers scolding for getting only 87%. He sits at sadly at the bus stop. A guy asks him as to what happened and tries to give him a chocolate. The boy says that he doesn't take chocolate from unknown people and won't even talk to them and asks him to stop troubling him. Listening to this the guy leaves and the boy gets into a bus.
He sits in the last seat of the bus and buys a ticket for Andheri. He again starts thinking of what his father scolded. Soon he falls alseep. The bus goes to the depot and the conductor checks that the kid fell asleep. He wakes up the boy and tells that they reached Thane. The conductor gives route to bus stand and bus number to go to Andheri.
The kid gets confused with the route and reaches a lonely place. He sits down there and starts eating his tiffin box.
He suddenly sees a guy who comes running and falls down. He asks for water and the kid gives him water. The goons come there, and unfortunatly boy asks help from the goons. The goons kidnap the guy and the kid and tie them down in a bungalow.
Somewhere at a Bungalow
CID team arrives at a bungalow to save some kids who were kidnapped. Team successfully saves them.
At the Police Station
Parents of the kid (Dhruv) come and complaint about the their missing child.
At the Bungalow
The guy is about to tell Dhruv about some karnik homes when the goons come and untie the kid and the guy and gives them food. They threaten them not to runaway saying that they are at the gate. The kid tries to play a trick by acting as if he has pain in his stomach. One of the goon who always plays on mobile phone scolds for bringing bad food and asks them to take the kid to the doctor.
At the doctor
The doctor checks the kid and gives some medicine. When the kid and the goons leave the doctor sees that the kid has written "HELP CALL CID" on the wall. He calls CID.
The doctor tells the team that the kid was around 10-11 years old, wearing a school uniform. Team asks if he can make the sketch of the two guys who came along, to which the doc says that he might not be accurate has he hardly concentrated on them. The security guard says that he saw the two people, they came in a white colour car and went towards the jungle. Rajat asks the team to find out any kids missing report.
At the bureau
Doctor makes the sketch and Daya hands it over to Dhenchu. Parents of Dhruv come to the bureau. Daya scolds Dhruv's parents for sending him all alone in a local bus and also for scolding the kid for marks.
At the Bungalow
The guy faints and Dhruv calls the goons to check what happened to the guy. The goon checks the guy and tells that he is dead.
At a someplace in the jungle
Team is in search of the white car on the way to the jungle. They suddenly find the water bottle and ID card of Dhruv which fell off while being take by the goons. Team finds the bungalow behind there.
They check the bungalow and find the dead guy and Dhruv's school bag. Abhijeet asks purvi to take a photograph of the dead guy and give in all newspaperes and police stations for identification. In another room they find Dhruv who is unconscious.
At the hospital
Doctor checks Dhruv and tells that he is perfectly alright. Team asks Dhruv as to what happened. Dhruv tells that the dead guy was named Kailash and there were 4 goons and one of them used to always video game on mobile and that guy had a mark on his cheek. He thinks a little more and tells that Kailash also told the word Karnik Homes.
Rajat tells that team that its a construction site where the work is in progress for a tower construction and asks the team to find out about Kailash.
At the Bureau
Kailash's wife Savita and his friend Gautam step in to the bureau and tell that they came looking at the photo in the newspaper. Savita tells that Kailash had no rivalry. She had seem him last on 5th morning when he left for a jog and never returned and he used to be tensed all the time. Team asks as to where did Kailash work to which Savita says that he worked in the municipal corporations building department.
Gautam says that the day Kailash went missing they met that morning. Kailash looked tensed but did not say anything and did not even take lift from him. Feeling suspicious when he followed Kailash he saw him going into an empty bungalow and saw talking him to someone. But when Kailash realized that Gautam was following him he asked him to leave alone and keep away from him.
At the Empty Bungalow
Gautam shows the window from where he saw Kailash. Abhijeet scolds Gautam saying that the window doesn't have glass pane and if he would go in a little and see he would be able to see the other guy also to which Gautam says that on that the window has glass panes. Abhijeet asks how did only one window's glass panes break while all others stayed intact and suspects gautam only.
At Kailash's office
The person there says that Kailash had a lot of rivals as he never took bribe. Team asks about Karnik Homes to which the person says that it was a construction site where work was going on but Kailash stopped the work as the plan was not right. Karnik Home's owner was behind Kailash to pass the approval but Kailash didn't barge from his rules.
At Some place
Dhenchu, Freddy and Pankaj find out the goon who is addicted to video games and catch hold of them. They search the whole place and catch all other goons. The goons says that they donno who asked them to kidnap Kailash to which one of the goon says that he doesn't know as he only gave a box full of money and photo of Kailash.
At Karnik Home Construction Site
The team checks the site with the owner and finds some blood marks on the wall. They soon find lots of blood and dead body. In the mean time the owner tries to run away but Nikhil catches him. Daya gives his famous slap.
Savita asks Saurav (The Owner) as to why he called her to the construction site. Team catches Savita.
Confession
Savita says that she married Kailash thinking that he is a big officer and she can live lavishly, but Kailash was righteous officer. Then she met Saurav who was ready to fulfill her dreams. Saurav tells that he offered bribe to Kailash for the construction plan's approval but he rejected it. Then they decided to kill Rakesh (the dead body found in the construction site) who was Kailash's step brother and put the murder chrages on Kailash. Daya asks as to why they killed Rakesh at their own construction site, to which Savita says that they thought after killing Rakesh they would call Kailash over there and put the blame on him but that didn't turn out well as Kailash reached there before time and saw them murdering Rakesh. Saurav adds that they just wanted to kidnap Kailash but they didn't think that he would die.
Daya passes the Phaansi verdict.
Lesson
Daya then gives the medal to Dhruv and then tells him not to feel bad if parents scold him for reasons related to studies. He addresses the audience and asks all parents to not leave their kids all alone in public transport, give them company and support and do not force the kids for anything.
