Chapter 22

Khushi looked at Arnav, where she found a 'I-didn't-do-that" look. She understand the fact that he was not the one who done that. Because she noticed that he came out of the car from the driving seat towards her friend to help. So she give him "I-know-that" nod.

How actually it all happened like this you all wanted to know that right???

Flashback

Khushi and deeps went for a walk. After a while deeps started complaining her for walking fast. Actually Deeps was a lazy fellow, she was tired just after covering 2 feets itself. So Khushi moved ahead while pulling her legs.

Deeps-"oh birdy.. I am tired. (acting all tried) Let's stop this walking-shocking yaar "

Khushi-"(turning towards her friend) oho.. so you are tired just after 2 feets?? (Smiling at her friend) Lazy fellow! "

Deeps-"it's not that funny.. ok?(I am serious man! look)"

Khushi-"oho...(in a funny tone making clear that "I know you very well") then what is it??"

Deeps-"yaar I am really tired.(try to act tired while holding her legs) See my legs are really paining.."

Khushi-"oh really!(look at her with a serious face and concern tone) so your legs are paining too??"

Deeps-"yeah..(try to exploit the concern of her friend) pretty much.."

Khushi came closer to her friend and hold her face with her soft hands. Deeps taken back by Khushi's sudden concern shower and just stood still. Khushi examined her face by tilting side to side with a very serious expression on her sweet loving face which made deeps feel weird.

Deeps-"b.bir.. birdy..(stammering words due to her confusion) w.. what are you doing??"

Khushi-" Sssh .. let me check you!"

Deeps-"check me?? (with a confused and worried face) b..but for what ?? "

Khushi-"deeps....(serious face and little worried tone) don't you think all these are some sort of symptoms??"

Deeps-"symptoms??(in a panic tone)"

Khushi-"oho.. deeps look at yourself.. (with a concern face) You can't walk just 2 feets, It made you tired and sweating hard (wiping sweat from deeps face) .. your face all pale and even your legs are paining.."

Shock was an under estimate word for explaining deeps condition. Khushi words made her worried to an extent that she forget the fact that see was actually acting all tiredness in front of her sweet friend to fool her.

Deeps-"so??(in worried tone)"

While seeing deeps all worried state Khushi was trying really hard to suppress her laughter and maintain a serious look on her face.

Khushi-"so..(enjoying inside and showing a really serious and concern face to deeps) these are symptoms dear..(try to state her point with all seriousness) symptoms!"

Deeps-"s..s..sy..symptoms!(all tensed up)"

Khushi-"yes symptoms!"

Deeps was all worried and tensed. She was sweating hard and try to be normal in front of her birdy. Our Khushi who has sensed the worried line of her friend was trying had to not burst out her laughter in front of her friend.

Deeps-"(worried tone) s..s..symptoms (gulping down hard) o..of w..what b..birdy??"

Khushi-"lazsomania"

Deeps-"(shocked) l.. la.. lazo..zo.. w.. what???"

Deeps was so tensed and her facial expressions were making Khushi difficult to control her laughter.

Khushi-"lazomania..(simply stating with a narrow look) deeps! "

Deeps was biting her nail because of her worry. She was really tensed about the disease.

Deeps-"b..birdy?(worried tone) is this disease cause death??"

Khushi-"a.. may be .. (try to control her laugh) or may not be.."

At that question Khushi was trying here best to not burst out but before she could control herself, a small laugh escaped her mouth. Deeps was so tensed so that she didn't noticed that at first.

Deeps -"what do you mean by may be or may not be??(really irritated and tensed)Give me the correct detail yaar.(gulping and looking at her birdy) here I am so tensed thinking of the disease and you having fun of my situation.. (without getting the fact at first)this is not fair yaar.."

Khushi-"(giggling) sorry.. (try to control her giggle) sorry .. (smiling)sorry yaar"

Deeps-"(really not getting anything and irritated) how can you smile birdy.. and that too when I am struck with this kind of disease ??( worried and sad face)you were not like this.. (seeing Khushi laughing) and ..(strike the light in her head) and.. and.. (looking at Khushi ) is.. is this some prank?? (narrowing her eyebrow at Khushi with a 'is that so' expression) "

Khushi was laughing but after listening to Deeps she try to control herself smile think of consequences but she failed miserable.

Khushi-"actually.. yaar..(try to avoid the question)"

Deeps-"(with a serious expression) is that was a prank or not??"

Khushi-"deeps.. wo.. (distancing herself little) I was just.."

Deeps-"(moving towards Khushi) prank or not??"

Khushi-"(distancing little more) actually .."

Deeps-"yes or no birdy (moving forward)"

Khushi-"Deeps I am.."

Deeps-"yes or no??( moving faster)"

Khushi-"deeps.. wo..( try to run) "

Deeps sense her friend motive and fastened her steps to runs behind her birdy.

Deeps-"yes or no birdy.."

Khushi-"yes and am sorry.. "

By saying it she began to run ahead with deeps just behind.

And that's when it happened..

Back to the present situation

Deeps was accusing Arnav for the damage, where Arnav was trying his best to clarify that it was not done by him. Khushi who witnessed all was now standing helpless and irritated due to last but not the least the actual cause of all this mess Rahul was standing there and staring at her. So to avoid that Khushi try to convinces deeps to move from here.

Khushi-"deeps.."

Deeps-"birdy..(sad face) look na! my new dress.. (rubbing her dress) damn it.."

Khushi-"deeps.. anyway it happened..(try to pull her) come let's move from here.."

Deeps-"what do you mean by it happened? (anger fill voice) It not just happened birdy.. (turn towards Arnav and pointing) it's him who done this to me.. and now .."

Khushi interrupted her before she could tell further.

Khushi-"deeps..(looking straight to her) I don't think its him..(with a serious face)"

Deeps-"what do you mean birdy??(raising her brow) "

Khushi-"deeps..(holding her) I don't think it him.. because..(looking at Arnav) "

Now all turn towards Khushi for listening her vision.
