Here is my interpretation for Part 110.

This update is filled with extreme amusement expressed by laughter, boisterous merriment leading to it to be called HILARITY!

NK rushed into the room, and stopped short when he saw Aarti sitting on the bed, her knees held close to her chin, her arms wrapped about her knees, the canopy of flowers forming a fragrant barrier between him and his bride...

Buaji, Rani, & Mami laughed out aloud. Nani smirked. Amma hid her smile. Anjali, Khushi, & Payal looked at each other, not knowing whether to laugh at NK Bhai's urgency or cry at their wasted efforts in decorating the room and seating Aartiji in the most attractive manner possible.

It was all lost on NK Bhai, just as Arnav had predicted.

Akash cleared his throat, caught hold of NK's arm tight to stop him from racing to his bride and scaring her, and said softly, "Sabr karo, NK Bhai. Sabr!"

Arnav smiled, & Anand Jiju coughed.

"Maybe we should leave NK Bhai... to... err... enjoy the sweet fruits of his sabr?", Anand suggested, a naughty smile on his lips.

Aarti blushed under the ghoonghat.

"Feeling scared, NK Bhai?", asked Khushi in his ear, teasing him.

"Missing your toy aeroplane and packet of chips?", asked Payal, pulling his ear. NK winced.

"Or your books of jokes? Planning to read out jokes to Aartiji tonight, were you?", teased Anjali.

"I'm not up for laughing, but their laughter makes the room feel safer, so we begin to explore"

Buaji said, "Hai re Nandkisore, I forgot!"

"Kaa, Hello Hi Bye Bye?", asked Mami.

"I was planning to give many tips to Aarti Bitiyyaa on how to attract and keep her husband dancing to her tune all her life!", Buaji announced, hiding her smile.

Nani chuckled. "That is essential, Madhumatiji. You should definitely advise Aarti Bitiyaa!"

All the girls giggled, and their husbands laughed with them.

"Tomorrow night I'm giving a lecture on silence and invisibility. Don't be surprised if I don't show up"

NK ran agitated fingers through his hair, and looked at Aarti waiting for him.

"All I know is nothing moves faster than the speed of light. So you may as well relax"

Arnav cleared his throat, smiling at Khushi.

"Lesson number one, always use chameli oil in your hair. The fragrance will knock out your husband, Nandkisore.", Buaji declared.

Mami, Rani, Amma, & Nani nodded in agreement.

NK fell at Buaji's feet.

"Buaji, please! The raat in our suhaag raat is fast becoming din.", he complained.

All laughed, some of them holding their stomachs, gasping for breath.

Arnav tried to herd his family out, deciding that Aarti & NK had been troubled enough. But the ladies were loath to leave, dropping kisses on NK's forehead & Aarti's pallu covered head.

Buaji pulled NK's cheek before she left. Nk yelped.
Finally, Arnav managed to get all of them out.

Arnav smiled.

The second the family passed through the doorway, NK shut the door and locked it, leaning against it, weak with relief.

"Patience is a virtue, but there comes a moment when you must stop being patient and take the day by the throat and shake it. If it fights back; fine. I'd rather end up bloody at the end of the day, then unhurt with no progress made, no knowledge gained. I'd rather have a no, then nothing. I'd forgotten that about myself"~ Laurell K. Hamilton

At last when NK gets green signal to enter his room what does he see! His petite, beautiful wife of few hours sitting with her head covered with ghoonghat! He who was starved to be with her had to go through the curtain of flowers!Uhh! what a menace! That is what he felt!! Down the drain went all the efforts of Anjali, Khushi and Payal as predicted by Arnav! NK's predicament was there to see for all in his expressive face.

This had Buaji, Rani, Mami laugh out aloud, Nani smirk, Amma hide her delicate smile. Anjali, Khushi and Payal looked at each other. They were left wondering whether to laugh at NK's exuberance and the eventual predicament or berate at their wasted efforts! NK who was known for not being subtle was running true to his form!

Akash stopped NK from racing to Aarti and scare her with his ardour! He said softly, "Sabr karo, NK Bhai. Sabr!" NK's reply, "I have been doing sabr for months, Akash. I am tired of sabr now" made Arnav and Anand slightly embarrassed and led Anand to naughtily poke in, "Maybe we should leave NK Bhai... to... err... enjoy the sweet fruits of his sabr" making Aarti blush.

Seeing the darkened room lit by the light of fairy lights and candles NK asked his favorite Khushi Bhabhi as to why the room was dark? Once again Anjali, Khushi and Payal realized the folly of their efforts. NK who had his focus only on Aarti had found all the decorations and lighting effects as obstacles. He felt low lighting hinders his vision from seeing his beautiful Aarti!

Akash teased him saying that it was done so, to help Aarti from seeing your face and get scared.

Khushi too joined in and asked NK whether he was feeling scared?

Are you missing your toy aeroplane and packet of potato wafers?, asked Payal pulling hids ears.

Or are missing your books of jokes? Were you planning to read out jokes to Aarti tonight?, chipped in Anjali.

Once the stage was set, NK who used to entertain all became the butt of their pranks. They mercilessly started to tease him.Just then they heard Buaji's,

"Hai re Nandkisore, I forgot!" And Mami asking her,"Kaa, Hello Hi Bye Bye? I was planning to give many tips to Aarti Bitiyyaa on how to attract and keep her husband dancing to her tune all her life!",

said Buaji naughtily, with a straight face. It received the consent of all the elderly ladies. Nani, Mami, Kamala, Rani all agreed that it was absolutely essential! Mami told that modern day girls have no idea as to how to keep their husbands under their thumbs! Hearing laughter from Anjali, Khushi and Payal she said she had included those three too along with Aarti making them laughout louder and their husbands too!

Buaji's, "So all bahuriyaa, suno hamri baat, Nandkisore!" made NK ask, "Can't we have the class tomorrow, Buaji?" leading to another bout of laughter!

NK who was dying to be left alone with Aarti, had to swallow his desire for the time being. He was relentlessly subjected to unwanted talks at that point of time, one after the other from each and every one present that invariably ended in laughter. He who had not much knowledge of Indian customs and rituals easily became a prey to their pranks!

Buaji with great difficulty controlling her laughter said, "No. It can't be postponed"

Mami not to be outdone, pretending it to be in some other language, translated it in English to him as though it contained some hidden meaning.

"What eber (ever) has to be done today should be done yesterday!"

NK who was at his wits end, ran his fingers through his hair and looked at Aarti filled with frustration.

Arnav who was enjoying this byplay with the rest smiled at Khushi.

Thus began the preaching of the legendary knowledge of beneficial, to the young married women!

"Lesson number one, always use chameli oil in your hair. The fragrance will knock out your husband, Nandkisore."

said the incorrigible Buaji!

Listening to her first tip, Akash asked Arnav and Anand as to what is the use of a knocked out Nandkisore? making them chuckle.

"Lesson number two. Apply kajal in your eyes, and wink & flutter your eyelashes at your husband so that he notices the beauty of your eyes, Nandkisore."

When the elders agreed to this tip, Anand whispered, if Aarti does so, most probably NK might think that she has got dust in her eyes! It made the men laugh.

NK, eventhough simmering with frustration, who was listening patiently to Buaji's pep talk to girls, fell at her feet. He begged her to spare him the lecture. If not his first night was soon going to be a big zilch as it will soon be dawn! he complained. This again had everyone in stitches.

Taking pity on NK and his plight Arnav started to shepherd his family out. Ladies tried to linger, but Arnav managed to get them all out, earning the gratitude of NK.

The second the family moved out NK locked the door quickly and breathed a sigh of relief!

Ah! AT LAST!!!

It is not just that, it's the sense of belonging that plays an important role. All the above mentioned fall into place only when you feel you belong to the family and your welfare is attached to the welfare of the family in totality. Be it in happy times or sad, you stand by one another.

Though the Raizadas' were ribbing NK, it was done with a sense of belonging. They knew NK's weak point and used it to perfection to tease him!

Do you know why NK did not get angry with rest of the family for delaying him in exercising his conjugal rights? He is a wise man. Behind the tomfoolery acts of his lies the man who knows, his strength is his family and he would not mind putting up with their pranks like they put up with his quirks!
