I dont get it, If guys dont show their stomach in public wearing shorts why should a girl? :S, I being a guy dont feel comfortable showing off above my knee or even stomach -__-

If not rape, Its only going to attract dirty minded guys in watching you with bad eyes or harassing if not anything.

I am not saying its a girls fault, its 90% guy's fault anyway ;).

@bold seriously😲Bangladesh does have a high rate of rape. and most of these rapists just get balied because they use bribes, political connections etc.👎🏼If a girl's family decides to take a stand the girl's family gets seriously harassed.Even Pakistan has a high rate of rape.

One thing I will say, is Men who are born and raised in Pakistan or India have a very cheap attitude towards women. This is something I didn't realise untill I started uni. I was born and raised in England, and had never been to India/Pakistan so hadn't really interacted with people who actually grew up in that culture, just British-Desi's.

At uni obviously there are a lot of foreign students. I am an extremely shy, and introverted girl, I barely speak in public. On top of that I dress extremely modestly I'm just really traditional in that sense so this has nothing at all to do with girls dressing too western or whatever.

I've had boys shout out to me, I'll ignore them put my head down and start walking faster; they'll just get louder and other boys with them will join in. It's actually disgusting, and it can be really scary when it's a group of boys.

This is to do with socialisation, the environment in which these boys are raised encourages them to treat women like inferior objects.

In contrast Desi boys raised in England are mostly completely respectful. It's definitely a socialisation thing.
