hay guys, iam new to this forum

i've been silently following this forum since few days

but after today's episode i want to get my doubts cleared

well some questions are there in my mind

1) why this custody topic cuming now?

prashant had divorced arti when she was pregnant ryt and why did not tey made decision abt the custody of unborn child?

2) if they had not decided at that time even then after punar vivah of arti and yash legally the custody goes to arti and yash ryt?

3)then how is prashant going to get ansh's custody?

I'am getting confused ryt now

plz clear my doubts

I guess the custody notice was just a formal letter to tell arti that he is going to fyt for ansh's custody

Yes , legally the custody goes to Aarya but in India , one can ask the court anything and everything he wants. Though finally SATYAMEVA JAYATHE.

The court proceedings will take long but will finally come out with the best results.

As of PV , I think that Aarti does not have a copy of her divorce papers and Python might tear them and prove that her Punarvivah is illegal and claim for Aarti and Ansh's custody, etc , etc,...

ok u have a point there bt

1)even prashant has torn the divorce papers why is shobha and dubey is for?

i can bet that they must have signed as witneses from arti's side

and even if it is so the court will have a record of the divorce

according to indian judiciary the court of record is a must point to keep for any court of matter

and even this any kind of illegality or someting is shown then i can say that it is really unrealistic

he wont get the child! because there are a lot of evidence against him. thats not the problem though. the problem is the fact that sp is trying to seperate yash and aarti, and this might be the cause of the separation! i dont know how how but it will cause them to separate

If in the original divorce no custody claims were made then the respective parents can make custody claims later on. I think the law states that until a certain age the child will remain with mother because he is dependent on the mother. But after that age the child can choose which parent he wants to be in. I am not sure about Law in India, but here even if the mother remarries the step father has to legally adopt the child for the child to become his legally. So here technically, in legal eyes, Ansh is still Prashant's son. But wether he is worthy of custody that is something the law has to decide.

And if after this custody battle, Yash legally adopts Ansh then I don't think Prashnat can make any claims on Ansh in the future.

the thought on future is other thing

bt now i wonder if

1)after remarraige having a legal marraige certificate then yash has a upper hand in the custody case

2)and how can he have ansh's custody when he dosen't have a proper job to earn mony and feed his family

even his bank balance must be below interest as he had to sell his car for arti's operation at such a low price

currently prasanth not in his right mind...he just filed the case...he never discuss anything with the dubeys.i bet they dont know about ansh custody battle. i think now prasanth is filing the case, because whn he got divorce ansh didnt born that time...now different rite...the rest we must wait and watch 😉
