i m surprised guys that why CVs brought Ansh's custody case because i think it is very easy for Yash & Aarti to prove that Prashant is not worthy to get Ansh's custody

1) When Prashant and Aarti get divorced Aarti was pregnant so why didn't Prashant ask for a child's custody ? why now after 5 years when Ansh is happy with his new father?

2)Prashant was one who said that he doesn't believe that a child that Aarti was carrying is his. he said that Aarti was having affair and child is someone else's(Mr & Mrs Dubey are witness) now why suddenly he wants to accept the child?

3)Prashant who used to beat her wife when she was pregnant with Ansh , will he now take good care of the child?

4)Prashant is not financially stable he has no work. How will he give Ansh a good life??

5)Prashant is still married to Nida . what if she comes back will she accept Ansh?

6)Prashant is still a patient of cancer. what if he dies ? who will take care of Ansh then???

So according to me it is really easy to prove in court that Prashnt doesn't deserve custody of Ansh

i know our CVs will not disappoint us and bring this case again with a message

what r ur views guys??

I think CV's are trying to confirm once in for all that blood isn't always thicker, in cases like this.

Agree on all points. Hope he gets what he truly deserves for his behavior. Hope SP's role in all this is revealed and Ansh realizes that Arti and Yash are his true and only parents.
