These are valid questions. Your question no 2 is exactly what the court will have to figure out. That is why they are there. People who are high on ego and foolish assume a lot of things but a court will look at the case with all the evidence in hand and make a decision. So all the things that are stated in your point 2 the court will probably take a good look at it and then eventually pass a verdict in favor of Yash and Aarti even though initially it might look like Prashant has the upper hand.

As for point 1) again Yash has married Aarti but I don't think that automatically makes him Ansh's father in LEGAL terms. Emotional bonding and legally being the father are two different things, at least here where I come from. I don't know how it is in India.

and even if it is so the court will have a record of the divorce

according to indian judiciary the court of record is a must point to keep for any court of matter

and even this any kind of illegality or someting is shown then i can say that it is really unrealistic
