Abhi’s Mistakes, his Growing Up with Time - Page 2

Guys,

You've all made excellent points and I can say that I'm in agreeance with Frosty and Vazz. (This is what I get for being stuck with a slow computer yesterday!) You guys have absolutely read my thoughts. Abhi has a chance to SHOW his Prayaschit and to LIVE the changes he wishes he made as well as to TEACH his daughter from his mistakes. So does Simmie. I hope they take advantage of this.

On a flip though, I'd like to know if you guys think that in life, men are really like Abhi or different - and how, and if women are really like Sim or not. I see a lot of Sim in myself - career driven, no time for relationships, probably getting involved with *idiots*...and I know a lot of the men I've met show immaturity the way Abhi does, but all of them aren't the same:) So let me know your views on how 'real' they are, and who you see yourself in!

True - there are some mistakes abhi made that can't be pardoned and heh will just have to live with that...but there are some things abhi can rectify and indeed he has now been given that opportunity in life...

He can't do anything about this now but at least he didn't behave that way with Neha...

He could openly tell Kiran how much he regrets what he did to Simran by having an affair with Kiran, and apologise to Simran at the same time....This type of prayaschit is better than sitting in a 5-star cabin in Goa, away from the world...

• Not married Simran again after Kiran deserted him

Well, at least he is back now, and he can make sure that at every step of the way he is not only supportive of Simran, but he also shows the wisdom to stop her making any mistakes. He can be more than just a godd husband and father - and son....

• Showed over the limit concerns to Simran after marrying Neha

Actually, I think this was Simran's fault - by insisting he marry Neha although she knew full well he loved her. The 18 yrs away I think is prayaschit enough for all this. Now, he should show Astha that he loved Neha as well, and and prove that the way he is living now is actually the way that Neha wanted him to live. Neha wanted Astha to call only Simran "Mama" and although she couldn't say it due to physical complications at the time, Neha wanted Abhi and Simran to get married and bring up Astha as their own kid. If they now do this, then I think NEha will be happy.

• Abhi has neglected his daughters

He should Sort out Astha with a lot of love and very good advise. He can get Sia settled in her chosen field of career....Get the 2 girls to become friends...Abhi is the only one with the capabilities to do this i think.

• Abhi has hurt his parents

He should give them a lot of respects and perhaps acknowledge them publicly..e.g. on TV at an awards ceremony...Basically, he should make them proud of him.

• Abhi has hurt Saurabh

Hmmmm. Don't really care about Saurabh so much, but I suppose if he takes care of Simran and the girls, then that should be enough for Saurabh...(But i reserve jusgement on that!).

I think Abhi will have the understanding to subdue astha and make her see reason...for only he can. The only thing is, whilst the makers will probably show abhi to have done this, I'm not sure whether they will show it in enough detail - hope they do....

Abhi could well be the one that does handle this situation. However, as Akshata has said elsewhere, I think it may well be Manas (yes - i think he will be back) who shows all three of the kids that this is precisly the mistake that abhi/simran/neha made. There are some types of sacrifices that just should not need to be made. However, if Manas does not return, then I think Abhi will deal with this.

Just my 2 cents worth peeps - but I do hope the makers go into enough detail to do this, and then just end the serial... as I've said before, I think it'd beb a great ending if they showed another 18yr leap in the last episode, with everyone living happily ever after....😊😛

I been reading the comments all the time. I feel Abhi made many mistakes in life. And still he is not using his own brain and doing the things. He is always influenced with some lady.. Sometimes his mom, kiran, Simran and now sia.

On the other hand I feel Simran also did a mistake when she could not accept that she still loved Abhi and she forced him to marry Neha..
Everyone is saying she took care of Astha nicely. But she never took her in confidence and told her the truth. Astha is not a baby anymore and Simran should have told her the truths at right times.
