2/11 Dragon Club: Facing the Truth

So...when are Yash and Aarti getting their halos? 😃

These two spewed so much mahaanta in today's episode that I am just dying to see how they react when it is their turn to be under the spotlight, Aarti especially. All that "apna parivaar" stuff and the lecture to Paridhi on the phone...yeesh. They were like some divine couple going around and giving bhashans and aashirwaads and taking away kathinayees.

And I think the heights was their lecture to Paridhi's mom..and her saying, if I had a son, I would know he pain of him going away? Didn't we JUST discuss gender equality yesterday, and how sons and daughters are no different. Then what on earth is this? I was very disappointed with that dialogue and did not expect it from the Mittals given how progressive they have been so far.

But it will be interesting to see how many of these people that Aarti is protecting with all she has, will support her in turn, or if Pankaj's cynical rant turns out to be true. I feel like that is the reason they put that in there and it was one of my favourite parts of the episode. But anyway, it is very significant that Aarti "gave away" her birthday gift, SP's vachan, to Paridhi in order to save her. Now who will swoop in when Aarti needs to be saved? The one difference between Paridhi's lie (about working, I mean) and Aarti's lie is that Paridhi's husband was in on hers. I wonder if that will make a difference to Yash, and I have a feeling it will. Even if you hid it from the family, why couldn't you tell me? This is why I think he might react differently to how he handled Paridhi's mess.

Moral of today's episode: It is easy to be mahaan when you are solving someone else's problem.

I really liked the last bits of the episode, with Prashant and the Dubeys. So, Dubey has gone absolutely crazy thanks to the quack of a doctor and tries to abduct Ansh. Prashant does some mahaanta of his own, and saves "his" kid, while Shobha, not wanting to miss out on the drama leaves two small children unattended at her house, also conveniently leaving her knife on the table for them to play with until she gets home. We can only hope she locked them in, otherwise they might just make some new "dost-uncles," woo! I really wish they had had a dialouge where Shobha told them calmly to stay where they are, and that she would be right back, because aren't they going to freak out? Now please show for one iota of a second that Aarti is worried about the fact that her daughters are alone at home while all the irresponsible adults are playing out the domestic drama on the street, otherwise that is going to be some serious, serious damage to her character.

Vineet and Kratika were fantastic in that last scene, Prashant's expression was layered and inscrutable and suggested nostalgia, apology, and defiance all at the same time...and the hurt in Aarti's eyes when Shobha stopped her from slapping Prashant was a sight to behold! Under that thin veneer of rage against Prashant, she is so broken and so vulnerable in his presence, and Shobha stopping that slap stripped the facade of anger and revealed the anguish hiding just under the surface. Shobha's compassionate expression was also well-done.

Now, if only they would worry about those girls, alone in the house, like I am worrying about them right now, I would be able to enjoy the fantastic drama that is unfolding twenty times as much.

Today's Mahaepisode actually gave a clear indication of what to expect from every single character in the future .. It was a brilliant character based episode with not only high voltage drama but lots of intensity filled dialogues coming from every single character 👏👏👏👏... I will hv to praise every single actor for some brilliant acting today ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️...


Let me list down all the characters and their reactions individually so that we know how they r going to react in future once Prashant truth is out in open 🤔...


Yash Scindia : Today Yash's character looked the most interesting to me for two reasons ..

First reason was the way he was a silent spectator when Aarti on phone was giving lecture to Paridi about selfless love , it looked as if Yash is trying to discover Aarti furtther regarding her definition of love which is totally selfless and always thinks about other's happiness , something which his love towards Arpita lacked ,since his love for his dead wife after a point became so selfish that he never cared for his family's happiness when he went in self-destructive mode and so when Aarti was talking about selfless love to Paridi , it sort of made Yash look towards Aarti with further respect and admiration for her and so in future when Prashant truth will b out , he too will think from a selfless POV 🤔 ; He will first want to know which way is Aarti's happiness before he takes any decision and this is the time he will himself realise about his love for Aarti as well but will fight hard with his feelings because he will remember Aarti's words about selfless love 😳😳.. It will b interesting to see Aarti's words on love echoeing in his ears once he falls in love with Aarti but struggle with his feelings since he will hv Prashant for competition 😈😉


Second reason was the way Yash goes all out in defence of Paridi to save her from the legal mess just because she is his brother's wife 👍🏼 ; Yash first makes sure Pankaj forgives Paridi and restores his belief in family again and then he was even ready to go against his father's wish to protect his brother's wife 👏👏 ; This proves that Yash is a very principled and head strong man with a modern outlook 👍🏼 ; He does believe in giving second chance to people if they confess their lies or mistakes and then he believes in fighting for his loved ones till he gives them a fair justice even if it means going against some of the old school beliefs or principles of his family 👍🏼... Yash's argument with his father over Paridi issue is a clear indication that in future he will stand in complete support of Aarti in case his entire family goes against Aarti for lieing about Prashant ; But for this its necessary that Aarti confesses her divorcee truth to Yash on her own before he finds out from a third person because then Yash himself might never forgive Aarti since it seems he today appreciates Paridi for actually confessing the truth on her own and so decides to support her which means if Aarti too confesses the truth on her own , Yash will stand in his wife's support even if he has to go against his family or father's principles ... If Yash can get into such a big argument with his father for his brother's wife , then I m sure he will give strong support to his own wife too in times of crisis for sure 😳😳😳..I can expect some further strong acting coming from Gurmeet in this case 😳😳



Aarti Scindia : Today Aarti's character sort of learnt 2 important lesson from this whole Paridi mess ...

First Aarti saved Vidhi bhabhi by rising Paridi's conscience on time and making her confess her mistake and from this Aarti learnt that its always a better option to confess your lies to your loved ones on time before its too late or else u will suffer forever ... Aarti so far was running away from this Prashant lie and today Paridi too was running away from her life's biggest lie ...In the end Paridi fell flat and had to confess it all ... So now Aarti knows that u can never run away from problems .. You got to face it one day so that someone else never suffers because of you 😊...


Second Aarti asked Daddy Scindia that her only wish which he promised is that she wants him to give the permission to save Paridi so that all can fight for Paridi and so Daddy Scindia gives in to her wish but in the process Aarti learnt that how Daddy Scindia strongly hates deceit and lies .. So after this I dont think Aarti will hide Prashant truth from family anymore .. She might wait till Paridi mess is resolved but she will certainly not hide anything from this family who trusts her so much 🤔...Aarti wants to bind the family together and so she will never want cracks to develop in this same family because of her bitter past 😊...After this whole Paridi incident , she will definitely not hide it from Yash at least 😳



Daddy Scindia : So Daddy Scindia's character proves that he is still hving old school thought about women after marriage should stay at home but he is clear about it and is no way a hypocrat in this case 👍🏼... He is also clear that he hates lies and manipulations and thats the reason he was against helping Paridi till Aarti asked for that wish ...All this proves that in future when he will come to know about Aarti's biggest lie , he is going to b heartbroken since out of all bahus , he trusts Aarti the most 😔... He will b in a dilemma which way to go because as per his principles , Aarti should get same hate from him which Paridi got today but then Aarti did so much for the family to keep it united ..what about that .. This dilemma is going to hit him hard .. ...Also I can see a future battle between Daddy Scindia and Yash in future because by that time Yash will b madly in love with Aarti and so no way he will go against her whereas Daddy Scindia's principles will differ since he cannot stand lies 🤔...



Pankaj Scindia : I feel Pankaj might do a flip flop in future depending on circumstances since today itself in anger he gave dialogues about how all these relationships hv no meaning and how everyone is selfish ...Every human in anger always sort of vents out his supressed emotions and today Pankaj did the same when he sees how his younger brother and his wife trapped Vidhi ; Its going to b interesting track actually if Pankaj sort of decides to hv his own separate living after getting fed of this regular family mess ..first Paridi and then Aarti 😆😆..But one thing is clear , he loves his wife and will always remain loyal to her 😳😳...His selfless and real love for his wife comes out beautifully in this whole Paridi track 👍🏼



Paridi Scindia : So she confessed her mistake after Aarti's lecture but I still call her selfish and manipulative the way she smartly told half truth making sure she hides the night fiasco from all thus creating sympathy in everyone's mind by presenting herself like a victim instead of a culprit ..smart move 😉...In future my only worry is CVs should make her preggy with producer's child now 😕..That will truely send Pratik in depression because even after all this , he still loves his wife very much 😭😭...Paridi in future too will continue to manipulate situations in her favour thus presenting herself like a victim and getting all sympathy from family



Pratik and Vidhi Scindia : Both r of same nature ... Innocent and emotional ... Dunno how to play politics ...Pankaj kept telling Vidhi about how she did good for all but see what she got in return today and all this while Vidhi still kept thinking of ways to protect Paridi and then easily forgives her too ... On the other hand Pratik too kept loving Paridi even after knowing that Paridi was actually trying to run away from the country with him forever ..Both r blindly attached to their family and can never think in negative direction which is their strength and weakness too for which they always will remain victims in the hands of others 😊


Prashant Dubey : The most confusing and fickle minded character 😆😆... I m loving the way CVs hv kept us guessing about real Prashant 😆... Yesterday only Prashant came out looking all jealous and insecure of Yash since he wants to address Ansh as his own son and today when Dubey decides to take Ansh for bone marrow transfer directly to hospital , same Prashant stops him from doing so because its legally wrong to take such big decision without informing Ansh's legal parents 👍🏼... So who is the real Prashant ?? .. The jealous self-proclaimed father of Ansh we saw yesterday or a selfless friend of Ansh we saw today who wants to protect Ansh from Mr.Dubey's selfish motives ?? 😕... Prashant's character has many interesting shades and thats why I want him to survive somehow so that we get to see his real face once he has no death threat hanging on his head 😊.. .Today I really cant judge Prashant after his actions because he actually saves his own father from committing a big sin of taking Ansh to the hospital without informing Aarti-Yash 😊..This could b his plan too to make a spl place in Ansh and Aarti's heart so that Aarti herself agrees for the bone marrow operation tomorrow .. u never know what he does in futue.. unpredictable is the way to describe him right now .. 🤔...



Mr.Dubey : He is just a father in distress who is given a 1 day deadline to save his son from death .. So in a way he was behaving like an animal with Ansh today who was ready to jump on his prey to protect his child ...He is not juding right or wrong .. he just saw Ansh like a object or a medicine today who can give life to his son ... I wish for his sake , he gets some bone marrow donor outside so that he dont hv to stoop so low again 🤔...But in future he is surely going for Ansh's custody battle for his son in case Prashant survives 😊


Shobha Dubey : Again she is both Prashant and Aarti's mother .. Neither she can allow Dubey to take any decision which harms Aarti's married life nor she can allow Aarti to slap her son Prashant who actually saved Ansh today again ..In the end both Mr.Dubey and Aarti might misunderstand her intentions since Mr.Dubey already thinks she is partial towards Yash-Aarti and now Aarti might think Shobha is changed with her son coming back ...In future I can see Shobha standing on crossroads but I feel Yash will b her biggest support system here because CVs hv smartly maintained a very interesting relationship of trust between Yash and Shobha 😳



Aarti-Yash and their Hum still exists while they take their life's lesson from Vidhi-Pankaj's unity in times of crisis 😳😳

Another interesting point in the episode was their joint effort to make Paridi realise her mistake 😳.. I loved the way Yash corrected Aarti that its "Our" family and its "Our" problem which we got to solve it together 👏👏👏😳...It was a lovely scene where a much in love couple Vidhi-Pankaj were giving comfort to each other emotionally and Yash-Aarti both were silently observing them as if both were sort of learing a lesson from them on how to support each other as a joint unit in times of crisis because this is the real test in any husband-wife relationship ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️...This is good future lesson for Yash-Aarti since they too got to b a joint unit once Prashant truth comes out and both deal with the most difficult phase of their life ...Infact even Pratik-Paridi stands united today even though Pratik knows Paridi did a mistake by hiding things from him but he still supports his wife ... Hopefully Yash-Aarti learnt enough lessons from both these couples 😉😳😳

I noticed when Aarti was looking at Pankaj-Vidhi , there Yash was not able to take his eyes off Aarti as if he was in Aarti's complete awee and he kept wondering how she is so selfless even when she knows her birthday celebrations got ruined with this whole Paridi mess 😉😳😳... Yash was sort of discovering this selfless and "never give up" side of Aarti for the first time because earlier he was so engaged in his own Arpita world that he never really noticed Aarti's efforts for his family which he does today 😳😳...Finally Yash assures her that from now onwards he will support her in her every fight because like Vidhi-Pankaj , they too r a joint unit now 😳😳...

Last but not the least Pankaj-Vidhi make a cute pair and I hope CVs give both some interesting track in future 😳...

Overall a very good mahaepisode and not a filler like all mahaepisodes happen 😆...Loved how every single character was given such good detailing 👏👏👏...For once I m happy there is no precap as it makes me curious to wiat for monday 😛...Once again a huge round of applause to all the actors today ..all did a fab job 👏👏👏
