Karan Johar's Student Of The Year is already gaining huge responses at the Box Office collections, but looks like someone is not happy with the film, especially the song which has been featured in it. An Indore court on Friday (Oct 19) had registered a case against the director Karan Johar along with many others, for using objectionable words as sexy, in opposition to a Hindu deity in the song Radha' that features in the movie.
Court of Judicial Magistrate First Class went onto lodged a case against Karan Johar, shreya-ghoshal, Gauri Khan, Vishal-Shekhar, Udit Narayan, lyricist Anvita Dutta and Sony music for using objectionable words against the Hindu deity. The petitioners have now claimed to the court that the mentioned objectionable words should have been removed from the song, and as well an appropriate action should be taken against the guilty.
'Student Of The Year' has been already released in theatres on October 19, 2012 and the song Radha was launched a way before the movie got release. Well we wonder how come they realized now after so many days.
