That is just an acknowledgement of the injustice this guy did to Aryan (ordered by whomever or done for himself). It was laughing that off what Aryan did, n o t a defamation...Wankhede damaged his reputation himself.
Edit: No, I was wrong: It was rejected because Wankhede used Delhi as jurisdiction in his online plea...it should have been Mumbai
