I am honestly shocked with the hype Student of The Year has got from public and from the industry.

Before movie released varun dhawan and siddharth malhotra got more fans than ranbir and imran has together combined. These siddharth and varun fan girls are annoying now, they talk about them non stop before movie releasing I am like first see the movie then become so big fans. People become fans of people so easily today. During the days when I was a teenage no one became a fan of someone in 1 day, things have changed.

Back to SOTY, I am really shocked. The movie got more hype than aamir, salman, srk etc. movies gets.

What more is shocking is that every celeb did praise the movie on twitter. This just shows that bollywood is a huge facade, and everyone is fake. Karan is a powerful person that's why everyone is licking his ass even though the movie was awful.

All along I was rooting fro Barfi, but watched English Vinglish yesterday and I can easily say this was the best movie of 2012!! A simple story but yet so influencing! I would not say this movie should win the oscars, because its only intense films that win awards at the Oscars..but its just after a long time I have watched a movie that was so different from the usual masala..after a long time I feel like watching the same movie for the second time!!

Loved PST and EV equally for two completely different reasons. While PST left me in a depressing mood, EV left me happy and smiling. Kahani was good too but EV and PST definitely struck a chord with me so for me these two were pathbreaking. They were pathbreaking because two unconventional actors carried these films on their shoulders. Irrfan isn't a commercial actor and Sri is a 40 plus comeback actress stuck in bollywood. Yet these films worked on so many levels, so they were definitely path breaking. Haven't watch the rest yet.

For me it's either barfi! or VD :)

Okie if someone is like putting a gun on my head and asking me to choose 😕, I will go for English Vinglish, only because of the simplicity of the movie.. Throughout the movie I didnt feel like I was watching a movie at all, the scenarios, the conversations, the attitude of the spoilt kids, the dominance of the husband just cuz he is professionally better than Sashi, it almost felt like this is a Kahaani ghar ghar ki in India 😊 That's why when Sashi was done with the ending speech, I felt like as if I WON or passed the english exam ! 🤗

So EV will take the cake for me..

OMG and Barfi would have a tie.. Now if you put a gun on my head, then jz kill me ! Cant answer ! 😵
