Anupamaa 12 Feb 2026 Written Update & Daily Discussions Thread

Anupama is seen feeding Rahi and Ansh with her hands and they both recollect their childhood moments n have fights like sibling rivalry . Anupama laughs and tries to resolve their silly fights . Mahi notices the sweet loving bond between the three n she too recollects those happy childhood moments where the five of the children ate their food together fed by Rahi. Anupama notices her standing at the door n watching them. She invites her to share the food n offers to feed her too , seeing her hesitance she asks her to forget the present situations and just enjoy the moment like childhood days . Rahi and Ansh too invite her to join but she runs away . Anupama explains her behaviour … how she has faced rejection since childhood n had to fight to get love n acceptance . Rahi and Ansh feel sorry for Mahi . Anupama labels Mahi a child with weak emotional strength .

Anupama is missed by Shah family and informs by phone that she will be there for Prarthana’s delivery .
Anupama calms n consoles dejected Kapil , he shares how he was facing domescit violence n torture by his wofe Kirti. She was torturing his elderly mother too. Anupama wins his confidence and advises him to fight against this , she assures there exist laws for protection of every person , man or woman. She advises him how to record evidence against Kirti so that he can expose her . Soon he receives news that his mother had met with road accident as she had run away from old age home after Kirti threatened her . He lashes out at Kirti n blames her for his mother’s condition. Parag and Moti baa support their Cousin n niece respectively and warn Kapil to stop this domestic abuse. Moti baa sings praises of Kirti, how such a wife is the envy of all . Kapil the. Agrees Kirti was an Angel and he was Shaitaan , he was unable to tolerate this Angel any more and he asks them to get them divorced . Parag then asks Kirti why was she tolerating this guy if he hated her so much ?
Kapil then leaves to check his mother at hospital .

At Mumbai Prem is shocked n disgusted as Prerna kisses him while he is asleep . He reacts angrily n warns her to stay away. He loved his wife very much n will never allow anyone to come between them.

He receives Rahi’s call , she expresses concern s their framed pic got shattered . He assures the frame will get repaired and professes his love for her in presence of Prerna and he assures her he will love her all his life. He misses her n will return soon.

Kirti creates a ruckus at Kothari mansion, crying domestic violence , shows her forehead wound. Parag starts bashing up Kapil. Anupama stops him , she then shows a video recording of the incident in Kirti’s room where she caused self inflicted wound n accused Kapil for it . Parag and Moti baa feel ashamed for Kirti’s behaviour and feel ashamed for blaming Kapil wrongly . Anupama states that violence against any partner in a marriage is wrong . She shows the bruises n wounds on Kapil caused by Kirti n states that pain feels is the same for men n women.
