I did not get why Nanu and Harish did not tell her that they had gone to mend ways with guptas and pankhu-Adi relationship to HP. Avantika told them that she knows they had gone there for that reason and if they agreed she will not make this engagement with Lathika. So why not simply agree to her cos they had gone to HP precisely for that. I did not get logic about them keeping quiet.

Avantika has a good heart. Yes she cares for her family. Her way of showing may not be proper but she do care for them, more than her bro, bhabhi, and sis care for her.

I agreed though that she fixed Adi's marriage with Lathika in anger cos she found out that her dad and her ex hubby sent Adi to HP to get closer to panku and fly. She emotional blackmail Adi. Yes, she asked him yesterday and told him he can break it if he is not sure but that too in emotions. She would have definately look for another girl. It is not like Lathika is the only girl in town.

Adi has said yes but his heart longs for Pankhudi which is quite evident. As for Pankhudi, well she has fallen in love with Adi for sure. She was sad on learning about Adi's engagement.

Pankh-Adi state of the relationship is cos of mama and he does not seem to get it nor does Pankhudi's feelings.

agree that she hs good heart ,but she thonks the mistak dun by here in the past adi should do it ..tht lead here to over concer about here son destroying here relation with every member of the house and make here looks strik and and though 😛

Sorry to cut your post. Totally agree with you. It looks like it would be Latika or another dosen't matter as it's not Avantika because it's not her who choose the girl.
However I don't think she's completly mean like Adi Mami or Pankhuri Mama and I'm sure when she will know Pankhuri she will love her.

OH NO! This is what I miss out on when I'm away from the forum for a few days!! I was JUST about to make the SAME topic before I found yours. I'm glad I decided to scroll through before I made the topic! Haha.

Despite her arrogance and stubbornness, I feel like she is actually good at heart. I think after her seperation with Harish, she became tougher as a technique to shield herself from more hurt. Nana said that Avantika was always like this, but I think after her seperation she took it up a good few notches to not seem vulnerable.

I agree with the discussions ^^^ that maybe if she learns the truth about the whole tilak situation, and sees how much Adi likes Pankuri then she will soften up to her. At first she didn't mind Pankuri. She even aknowledged the fact that Adi really liked her, but once she learned about the Tilak, she got angry at them. And because she is so stubborn she won't listen to anything else about Pankuri and her family. Look at Harish for an example. Even though Adi loves and respects his father so much, in fact everyone does, but because she has a grudge on him, no matter what she won't ease up on him.

Her stubbornness is the problem.
