Cuming on 2day's epi I dont think Shyam himself was the one who replaced medicines,it was sm1 else as jst few minute b4 he was shown monitoring the rituals on the PC(personal Computer) hw can he cum at RM the very next moment...????

Now many queries regarding why is he doing this...i gues as Arnav had said him that he had tried to spoil the LIVES OF TWO IMPORTANT PERSONS OF HIS LYF...he might b playing a double game i.e., harming anjali as well as trying level best to break the marriage too...

its just my view...wht do u guys think ???

i agree with you funnymaddy i think shyam is trying hurt to arnav badly but indirectly i mean he is trying to give medicine to anjali n bcaz of that medicine she get the miscarige n we heard one spoiler that arnav had met an accident but i feel that khushi will met an accident n arnav will totally break down to see them 😕
