Alaxmi: Humari Super Bahu is a story of Laxmi who is known as Alaxmi in her village due to her mischievous nature. She was orphaned at a young age and bought up at her maternal uncle and aunt. Though her story sounds like that of Cinderalla but she doesn't suffer like her. She believes in taking away what is rightfully belongs to her. Her fate brings her face to face with Kishan and they are forced to marry each other. Kishan lives in Shanti-nivaas where there is no Shanti (peace) at all. The bizarre antics of Alaxmi are the perfect antidote to the bickering Kapadia family where she is married off to turn the house of six sons and daughter-in-laws into a peace-loving home!
