Black money is on what the taxes are not paid...not reported to the Govt...it can be from any source..

Thats true...even if a common man buys a house...he has to pay some percentage of the price in black money...its sad but true...this is how the corruption goes on and on...

Ummm...you're going too far.

Black money doesn't necessarily mean money from crime.

It just means money which doesn't have an official transcript. No transaction record. Businesses do it to report lower revenues and therefore lower taxes.

It happens everywhere. Not just India. When you go to a restaurant and try paying cash, a lot of times they'll just put the money in without punching the transaction. That's black money.
