I really don't think they're seriously bothering with chronology 😆

Anyway it's very difficult to piece together chronology in Hindu myths because of the disparate sources and also because it is primarily an oral tradition...so it's almost impossible to know "what came first"...

I got a little unnerved when I heard them singing a Tulsidas shlok (16th c) ... but then I decided to let it be...this show is a patchwork and I am willing to go with the flow...

The start of kalyug was with the end of the battle of Kurukshetra (Mahabharata).

It was started by Lord Krishna. Bala ji was before Krishna...
