According to the legend, Lord Balaji came after Lord Ram and before Lord Krishna.

In Ramayana, when Sita ji gave her agnipariksha, Ram (aka Vishnu) ordered his Maya to burn herself in order to protect Sita from the fire. It was actually Maya who was burnt and not Sita.

When Sita gotta know about this, she asked Ram to marry Maya. He said he cannot marry Maya as he has promised to be faithful to 1 wife only. But he gave Maya a vardaan that she will accompany Vishnu in is 2 births.

When Vishnu was born as Shrinivas ( aka Balajii), Maya was born as Padmalakshmi. He married her then.

When Vishnu was Krishna, Maya was Radha. He never married Radha, but is considered to be Krishna's partner till date. Even today, to please Krishna we first say Radha, as this was her vardaan.

Accordingly, if Ram is not born in the show, how can Parvati ji's parents r going to Balaji temple...??

Must've been a BIG blooper dear 😆..but just as a reminder..if you read Devdutt Pattanaik's books on Lord Shiva he mentions time and again that Shivji's stories and leela are never bound by time and space..unlike Vishnuji's stories and leelas.. 😊i guess the CVs took advantage of that fact and have really used that to a great deal..though i do believe that Shivji's stories are timeless I cant accommodate the fact that Himavan was on his way to the Balaji temple 😕..yeh kucch zyaada hi ho gaya 😆

Three possibilities:

Time is cyclical according to the scriptures. So the same yugas have come and gone many times. Vishnu's incarnations too have repeated themselves from cycle to cycle. So perhaps they are showing that these people were aware of Vishnu's incarnations even in previous cycles (though they may not have happened in the present cycle yet).

Doc Brown's DeLorean is available for public use and both Himavat and Markandeya have traveled in it at some point.

Ekta Kapoor bribed the producers to name drop "Balaji" on the show for publicity of her production house (Balaji Telefilms).
