I had an inkling of the same shruti..and its DEFINITELY not the apt explanation i look forward to from the CVs for introducing Ganga so early..I have enjoyed most of the twists and turns in the show (except very few) and have liked the portrayal of characters.. I agree that they can make a few changes here and there..but not at the cost of remixing and repackaging a fact to suit today's audience .. it's a question of faith..Love triangles are creating enough business for Ektas and other production houses' fiction serials..please not in DKDM..we have trust in u CVs..take it as a request..please do not even think of a love triangle..🤢

But Ganga is that person who respects Shivji but has immense attraction towards Vishnuji. As she first stays in Vishnuji charan, after fighting b/w ganga, lakshmi and saraswati, she got curse to be a river on earth. But she refuses to accept it. When Vishnuji told her, to go on earth. She leaves Vaikunth and goes to Brahmalok, and stays in his kamandal, When Vishu's Vaman avatar happened she used to stays in his Kamandal. She doesn't want to go on earth and stays there.

Before, For Ganga Shivji is there kul Aradhya, Parvati's husband and one of the Tridev. That's it.
