Very interesting start and i see you have thought a lot about the story from the character sketch. one tiny request i would make ia when you do the dialogues space it out a bit( when hou type) with the character so its easier to follow. I hope you do not mind me saying that. Coz you havs many characters in the story its easier to keep track like the second chapter was easier.

Chapter 3

At Shanthivan

Everyone in the house seems to busy in arranging things. Susheela was supervising and intrusting for the arrangement made by their servants. Amar was just back from his business trip, came over to his wife.

Amar-"is everything settled?"

Susheela was happy by her husband's arrival run up to him

Susheela-"almost all..(turning to servants)

Hariprakash, bring the tea for sahib..."

Hariprakash-"ok maimsahib"

He head towards the kitchen. Amar takes a seat on the sofa and try to relax himself. Susheela came near and sat beside him and caring his head.

Susheela-"tried?"

Amar-"ya..a little.."

Mean while Hariprakash came up with the tea. Susheela handed that to Amar. Having the tea Amar keep enquiring about their new living atmosphere to his wife.

Susheela-"did you call Arnie?? when will he come?"

Amar-(smiling at his concerning wife)"relax..sheelu..your son is on his way.. and he will be here in any moment.."

Susheela-(happiness fill her heart hearing about her son)"really.. ok..i just completed arranging his room very well.."

Amar-"okay..anyway..where is maa??"

Susheela-"maaji..she is at her room"

Amar-"is she ok with the new house?"(with little serious)

Susheela was about to answer his question, before that a voice interrupted by the answer from one other than Amar's mother, Yashodara Singh Raizada itself.

Yashodara-"ya..ya.. I am very happy with the new house.. its simply nice.. and the locality also seems very good..."

Then she simply started praising about their new house and the society/colony. While hearing this Susheela surprised, because they were here for only before two days and she even don't know anything about the colony and all. Watching his wife expression Amar understood the situation and smiles.

Amar-(naughtily)"wow..maa..within two days you gather everything about the house as well as the colony...even my poor wife couldn't...wow.."

Susheela started laughing at her husband's joke, which made Yashodara angry.

Yashodara-"AArre...what you think of me??? am not like your stupid wife(glaring at Susheela) Amar, who does not see what is happening around her. I am Yashodara Singh Raizada..who can find about anything within seconds.. "

With the glare itself Susheela's laugh disappeared. Amar was about to tell something when all hear a voice.

"oh... really..."

Everybody turns their attention towards the direction of doorway from where the voice came. There comes a tall very handsome man, to enrich his appearance he wears a blue jeans and v-neck t-shirt with brown coat over it. A naughty killing smile was playing on his lips while he was moving towards the living room.

Seeing him everybody's face lighten up into a very bright smile. Susheela was running towards him while saying..

"Arnie..."

Yes, it was none other than Arnav Singh Raizada. He hugged his lovely mother and headed towards his dad and dadi. Maintaining his naughtiness in voice he started speaking.

Arnav-"dadi..so..what were you saying??? (hugging his dadi) that...

You can easily find out anything...(questioning)...so so so...why you didn't sense that you only handsome loving charming ..etc etc (praising himself with a smile) grandson was standing just behind you???? "(he raised his eyebrow and started smiling towards his dadi)

Everybody over there broken into laughter.

Yashodara-"Aare..o...actually I already sensed that you are just behind me...but i didn't tell because... I don't want to spoil your chance to see your mother's surprised face..."

Arnav-"oh..is that so...???"(making a funny face)

Yashodara-"ofcourse!"

And by that both started laughing and hugging.. And by that both started laughing and hugging.. And by that both started laughing and hugging...Susheela was the only one, stunned by her mother-in-law's answer. Actually it's a usual scene there ,as Yashodara always says something to her lovely bahu to just make her irritate. She loved to do so, Everybody over there knows this.

Arnav-"dadi..dadi...My sweet dadi...muhaa "
