Chapter-24

After one month

Pari was really happy as her fashion show was great
hit till now and now it was time for the showstopper
Geet came in a TimelessTraditional White and Red lehenga in net outlined with badhani borders all over with Zardosi work . The Rouched effect on the Short Choli was adding a western twist to the very Traditional Look'Geet was looking gorgeous in that lehenga 'as if it was made for her only 'with grace she completed the walk and one could clearly hear the praising voice for the design and not to forget for the beautiful models especially the show stopper'

Pari whisperes to yash"now show is also over..will you end your suspense and tell me what is all about this love mansion"
Yash assured"After Geet's marriage...promise"
Pari"If you won't then nothing will be worse than me for you"
Yash smiled at her warning
After the show
Pari hugged Geet...Pari"Geet it was a huge success ...and all thanks to you my love"

Geet "Any time yaar..."

Sid"Princess..saadi ka muhrat ka time ho raha hai...now we don't have much time...get ready fast ,we will directly go to the wedding venue...Here is your wedding dress"

Pari"Geet,you are looking beautiful in this lehenga,why don't you wear this on your wedding"

Geet"Thanks Yaar but this lehenga is special(indicating to the lehenga Sid had brought)...I want to wear this one in my wedding...I hope you won't mind"

Pari"Nahi yaar...after all today is your day"

Sid"Get ready soon...Maan have called twenty times to inform
that everything is ready but we are not there"

Geet"ok...give me fifteen minutes"

Sid"just fifteen minutes, remember...I am waiting outside"
At the wedding venue

Geet was mesmerized by the decoration...It was exactly like the
way she had always dreamt...

Geet eyes filled with tears of joy...

Sona and Riddhima approached on seeing them coming

Sona"Di ...Pandit ji will make a call for you soon ...lets go"

Riddhima"Yeah ...till then we can do your touchup"

Sid exclaimed"Haila! Pehle se itna makeup kiya pada hai ab kya makeup ki dukan banegi"

Riddhima"Sid,I have said thousand times to you...don't use your head in matters that you don't know"

Sid"Whatever"

The girls giggled and left

Sid left for mandap irritated

Pandit ji asked to bring the bride ...Geet came down...Sid stood
and came near her,He took her hand in his and said"This is my right "

They came near mandap...Geet gave a full glance to Maan who was waiting for her with eagerness...his
eyes got comfort on seeing her and a beautiful smile spread on his face...Geet was feeling like the happiest person on this earth...She was going to marry the man she always loved,her Maan...She sat near him,the sound of mantras were so much enchanting
Flashback
Maan turned to go

Sid"Where are you going,Maan?"

Maan replied"Now both of you are together and happy ,so my work is done...Chahak would be waiting for me"

Sid"But she would be waiting for her mum aswell...How can you go without her mummy"

Maan"sorry,I didn't get you"

Sid"Geet has always loved you...She just wanted to make me feel happy but she forgot I won't be happy if she won't be happy and she can never be happy with me as her happiness lies with you"

Geet"Sid but"

Sid"No if No but just shut up and go...(In DDLJ style) Ja Geet
jee le apni jindagi"

Geet smiled at Sid and ran towards Maan who was waiting with open arms to take her in his embrace...She gave a bone crushing hug to Maan...He kissed on her forehead and his
eyes fell in his lips which had got dry by the pressure she had to suffer because of the rope...Sid cleared his throat and said"Love birds...kam se kam mujhe janne toh do..."As soon as he went away Maan gave a small peck on her lips...There was nothing passionate but there was assurance that he is with him
and will be forever and if it's a dream it won't end ever...

Geet came out of that days memories when Maan touched her hand on seeing her lost..She smiled and assured that she is fine...
After all the rituals Pandit ji announced that wedding is
completed...
Maneet made their way and took blessings from their elders

Chahak came to Geet and hugged her

Chahak"now you will never leave me hai na Aunty oops mumma..."

Geet lovingly caressed her cheek and said"Never my princess"

Sona asked lovingly"Now you will forget me di"

Geet"How can I forget my sweet sister"

Sid"And me"

maan replied before Geet"how can she forget his sweet brother"

Geet elbowed Maan and Sid-Geet said together"Maan"

Maan"what?"

Daadi"enough of jokes,Now we should leave..."

In Car

Geet was thinking something...so maan said to draw her attention"I love you Mishti"

Geet immediately asked"Who is Mishti?"

Maan "My wife...do you have any problem"

Geet"Why should i be jealous of your wife when my husband loves me so much"

Maan asked immediately "who is your husband?"
Geet "Maan..aap bhi na"

Maan imitated her style"Geet...tum bhi na"

They both giggled ...Geet kept her head on his shoulder...Soon they were infront of the entrance of Khurana mansion...KM was decorated like a bride

Daadi ma welcomed the newly wed by doing their Aarti...As they were about to enter the house...Maan stopped them and signaled Adi to bring something..Adi came with a wet mud frame...

Maan said"geet I want to capture your first step in my life and my house as my wife for the whole life time"

Geet smiled and asked him to join her ...they entered together
smiling at each other...
