I understood perfectly the first time Fosla made that statement... And I also accept that I was being deliberately sarcastic... Again... It is very sad... That people can feel the pinch when misunderstood... And happily go labelling and branding others... There is seldom any thought or concern for the other...

I would like to apologise to Fosla... Because I am certain that she is a very popular and regular member of this forum... I also brleive that she genuinely loves the show...

I do not wish to hurt her or anyone else for that matter...

As for me... I enjoy serials... Then I go on the forum and critique it... It's a new serial each time... I don't get involved in them to the extent of feeling personal about sny of it... I shall hope that some day soon... The day will dawn when we can happily and cordially debate opposing views... And walk away gracefully with a handshake and a "great points" statement to the other...

I realize and appreciate the difficult job you are doin Fivr... Your comments and inputs show that you truly nderstand snd believe in the freedom of the forum... Thanks again...

Oh man! I look forward to that too! I can normally have debates like that with peers and friends but TV show forums on IF are a tricky thing.. 😆

So Fosla... You started another "positive" post to counter this one... And started by taking a dig at me/post...

So now my question to you is... Where is the negativity????? Where is the ego issue????? What are you trying to prove??????

The negativity is your reaction and your attitude... Once we call truce... We walk away... But you continue to carry on and propogate this negative attitude... Not nice sweetie...This is constructive criticism... Hope it helps you gain a positive mindset and a sporting spirit...:)

i dont think u have done a constructive criticism it is constuctive when criticising the epis nt the comments u made abt ram or anyt character it is bashing.

Your lesson is right up there in my life... I shall make it my new mantra...I can write whatever I like about the show... But don't touch the characters/actors or their acting... The fine line between constructive and bashing comes from the above...

Umm.. Not really.. 😕 Constructive criticism can very well include Ram/Priya or any other character in the show. It's the manner in which is it presented - derogatory and offensive - that makes any criticism turn into bashing. But that wasn't the case here. However I understand if you want to discuss this in person and I want to encourage you to PM me about the same. I will be happy to answer any further questions you may have. 😳

I guess somethings just aren't meant to be. This is very disappointing to me - to see that our forum COLLECTIVELY decided to silence any criticism. And yes, this was a constructive post. It did include CONSTRUCTIVE criticism. But initially in the thread, there were so many "you don't know what you're talking about" responses to topic starter - and surprisingly NO ONE found those offensive..? I did. But I thought that maybe our forum had a higher tolerance level in this forum. Unfortunately I was wrong.

I apologize for having to do this, but it really seems that we as a forum are just not capable yet of handling criticism. And I would really like to clarify that criticism CAN be negative and it CAN include ANY character - even the ones you like! It just can't be destructive - it has to be something that can be worked upon and fixed.. And while the topic here questioned the character traits and plots in the show, they were ALL points that could have been improved upon and learned from. And that makes them constructive.

I am just so disappointed at the moment. My apologies.This thread that started with so much potential for discussion has now been reduced to a place were members can take digs at each other. Which is NOT acceptable and will be dealt with appropriately. Maybe one day we'll learn to be more receptive to OPPOSING opinions and may actually welcome them.
