Don't want to be a spoil sport... However,,,

From the beginning they showed Apeksha following Ram ... To say God only knows what... She followed him here and there... And then when Priya wanted answers... Thenga...

They showed Niharika giving an ultimatum ... Me or Priya... He is willing to Divorce her... Next day... No follow-up...

Divorce is a big thing... They are trying to make it cute showing Priya all up and about for tablets... But nothing about him asking her for Divorce... for whatever reason...

They are showing it as cute... Priya back biting about Ram... Discussing him in a derogatory manner with Neha... I have been happily married for many years... And so have many of my friends... I do not recall anyone discuss their husband like so... Mother-in-law woes... Yes... But there is some sanctity about ones relationship with the hubby... You will talk fondly... But not like Priya... Calling him fat... Snoring... Discussing his personal life...

I know people are finding this track very cute... And I guess it's the youngsters... however, mature people like Ram and Priya's age will agree... That this is not the basis of any relationship...

One day he wants to tell her about Apeksha... She makes fun of him... That was insulting... The way Priya scoffed at the very idea of him having a woman in his life...

Next day she begs him to tell her... And he makes it like the biggest secret in the world...

He keeps fighting with her... And flings divorce papers at her...

Next day... All is cute... And Vikram is telling him he is in love...

Silly... Silly... Silly.../

Lol...I belong to that youngsters category..but I completely agree with you! I actually have no idea about the divorce papers...guessing I missed an episode here and there. And I also didn't like how Priya was degrading Ram in front of Neha...I understand that she's opening up to her close friend and all...but as you said...complaining about your in-laws is one thing..but outright whining about your husband is another...and Priya wasn't even whining...sure she's frustrated with Ram's habits...but that's no way to deal with her frustration.

Actually... I do belong to Ram's age group... And do like the idea of a mature love story... However... One pays a price while going through life... Whether one likes it or not... You become somewhat jaded... So buying so much sweetness and sugary cuteness is a tall order...

They show them shouting like lower class people... Priya talks more like a very lower middle class person... Her diction and dialogue delivery... While Ram screams and yells in a manner... No multi-millionnaire would...

For the sake of cuteness...they show a multi-millionnaire like Ram to be a sloth with zero eating manners... Eating with food hanging out and being a glutton... They should opt for more class...

Thy also show him having expressions which do not befit a grown up man... Let alone India's 7th richest man... They should opt for more dignity...

Priya behaves like a shrew most of the times... She nags like I do (but after 15 yrs of marriage!!!!!)...

I am guessing that the target audience is not married people...

srry to say dont agre ,wel the point of scoffing at her . was teasing ,and not offensive ,and she said ,u give importance to rel;ationships ,ie she ,didnt believe him,andf abt her whining ,we whione only abt those ppl who we give importance ,ram 's demanour suits his character ,i find it very funny , and this present track and everything ,before this their confrontation ,was awsome ,in my opinion ,their fights and nok-jok ,shows a deep comfort leve l,hallmark of a true friendship and companionship ,and plz ram is nt shouting ,now ,if have not seen the ,epis ,for me ,this serial is one of the best i have seen ,love rashi/raya ,and i eagerly anticipate its coming ,weekends mke me lose my cool ,i miss this serial so much ,thank u cvs for giving ,this ace of a serial.

and pus divorce wa never on his mind ,his momand the trauma foeced him to fing ,the divorce ,and plus the confronatation ,during that ,was awsome ,i dont see any problems wth it.

and plus thre is a uniqueness ,in the show ,all due to the small figts ,if they show ,it in a fairytale ,chiched ,way i wont watch it.

Hey Neha... It's just a serial... And I love it too...

However... There are flaws that I see... Which possibly u don't... But it's ok... It's just a POV...

Their "nok jhok"'to me ... Is the kind married people have after many years of marraige and familiarity...

Ram told Priya with folded hands... More than once... To stop interfering in his life... He has lived 40 yrs without her and can live another 40 ... Then he flings divorce papers at her...

And she is all cute and controlling his life still... No sweetie... There is something called self respect...

Calling the other fat constantly... Is extremely insulting... Not leading to romance or love... She calls him fat and cracks fatty jokes to all and sundry...tch tch...

Priya also runs constantly to her father / neha with Ram's tales... Not the correct way to behave for any married woman... I would never ever even dream of discussing one family's problems with the other... It's a find balancing act a woman must do... Maintaining the realionship and image and screts of each family... Priya is a loud mouth with no decision making ability...

My dear friend... You have no idea about the sanctity of marraige... Divorce can't be used so lightly... And so at a whim... It goes to the foundation of a relationship... And haunts you every time you think about it... No couple who values their marraige will ever use the divorce word ... Even at their most heated argument...It will make the relationship very brittle and full of insecurity... Just because the mother said it... He is willing to divorce today... Tomorrow Nuts/Siddhanth/dadi will say something... So it's divorce hanging in the air all the time??????? What kind of 'main naa bhungaa and bhulungi is that?????

Like I said... To be cute is one thng... But the script does lack believabity...

well i know he was at fault,abt listening to his mother ,but soon it will turn around and about sanctity of marriage ,i agree ,she is offending ,at times ,but not in an offensive manner ,ram is listening to her ,presently,the fights are are part of ,any relationship ,relationships cant be sugarcoated,whatever relationship it may be.

and plus ,he was goin through a extrmely traumatic phase ,haunting him so much ,that her became frustrated .
