Actor Kritika Kamra and cricket commentator Gaurav Kapur are now married after a quiet signing ceremony held in Mumbai on March 11. The couple completed the formalities at Gaurav’s residence with only immediate family members present. A few friends from the film and sports fraternity also attended the small gathering. After the paperwork was completed the newlyweds briefly stepped out to pose for photographers waiting outside near the venue gates.

The couple first acknowledged their relationship in December 2025. Instead of a large traditional ceremony, they chose a simple signing that kept the focus on close family and trusted friends. Among those seen arriving were Farhan Akhtar, Malaika Arora, Neha Dhupia and Soha Ali Khan. Their presence added a familiar industry touch to what was otherwise a restrained and private occasion for the couple that evening in Mumbai city itself.

Kritika appeared in a red saree for the ceremony, while Gaurav chose an ivory coat with white pants. The pair stood together for a few moments as photographers clicked pictures. The brief interaction remained calm and understated, matching the tone of the ceremony. Friends close to the couple said the day was planned to remain personal rather than highly public or elaborate celebrations often seen at celebrity weddings in Mumbai.

Following the signing, the celebrations moved to a small gathering planned for friends and relatives. The next event is scheduled for March 12 at a venue in South Mumbai. Invitations circulating online describe the evening as a jazz night meets speakeasy bar. One note on the invite reads, “The party, after,” and another message says, "We'd love to celebrate our wedding with you. Easy. Unhurried. Come early. Stay as long as the night allows,".

A person close to the couple said, "Kritika and Gaurav wanted their wedding to feel authentic and personal rather than extravagant. While they deeply value tradition, they also wanted the celebrations to mirror who they are warm, rooted, elegant, and surrounded by the people who truly matter to them." On the work front, Kritika was recently seen in The Great Shamsuddin Family on JioHotstar and the film Saare Jahan Se Achha, while Gaurav continues to host Breakfast with Champions today.
