his basically trying to give justification for his actions yaar...
he knows he did it...and its something that u cant undo...he knew he wanted to i mean common on if it was him not being himself than he surely would have taken roshni willingly....afterall she wasnt like Bani ...telling him to go away and leave her alone..Roshni was all over him, yet he was able to back off......his just not admitting it...he wanted Bani than and there...and he made the first move...both of them were very willing...and please he wasnt drunk nor was Bani..both knew what was happening....orelse neither of them would have remembered it the next morning....
i think what really spoilt the moment was when the witch arrived and all that she said....Jai had not thought of the way Bani and him got married and what not...but when kamini brought everything up reality struck him and he realised that he used Bani when she was in a vunerable state (little does he know) and the rest u know guys..
thats just Jai's character...his tube light.... flicks late....
looking at the story its so obvious that when he does realise what he feels for Bani..it will be too late as the raaz might coz them to drift apart or might block what Bani feels for Jai..etc etc...
who knows story might twist to the fact that Bani cannot tolerate Jai after that ....

k u know wat i think he is just stupid. i mean seriousley y can't he just say i love u bani and that's y the night thing happened...and i know u may not love me but i love u...and than bani would have said everything...that how she loves him too. but Bani wants Jai to say it first so we are at the same point again.
