Yup same here yaar his attitude is to die for. Romance mein toh pata nahin khan karega since his attitude is a killer for all the girls. I don't blame them he is too hot to handle 😆 he is a perfect combination of evilness with charm.

I see Aakash as a friend simply for the fact that his realization of love never truly occurred for me; in fact, that entire Aakash-Moniya love story was very rushed, wasn't truly be built up, and when they fell into love wasn't shown. All I saw for Moniya was her attraction built into a fantasy-crush level by her two friends and at that time Aakash was not seeming to reciprocate.

What did I see through that saga for Aakash, what did I see as his feelings? Nothing truly. I felt like he was taken by Moniya's thirst for life, her innocence. But that is not truly love, is it? Can't you appreciate someone for merely being bright and cheery. To expose their freshness in an life which has become monotonous and bland? From Aakash's speech to his parents, he mentioned that he followed their directions, their hopes, and has always been trying to climb the achievement ladder. After spending time with his latest entertainment (not meaning to make it sound crass) but Moniya does represent something new, fresh .. he is not shown to even think about her. I could have believed he really liked her if maybe while he was working and not meeting moniya's stare, or while rushing off on a motorcycle with his friend when moniya was standing right behind him (in his defense, he had to glance at her ..moniya was just getting hyper and jumping to conclusions LIKE one does when they're crushing for no reason), if he merely had a flashback about her OR asked one of her two friends how she was doing. If the CVs did this, i would be like "ooh, she's building a spot in his mind ..din mein khwaab, etc).

then that instance Aakash lied to his boss, the boss comes out all of a sudden with the love spiel. where did that come from? and then, all of a sudden even Aakash is rushing into the whole marraige fantasy because his mom wants to set him up. What is the connecting factor? How did he reach that point.

In the end, the way their jodi story has been built up, and the dedication of scripting qualities .. Aakash to me seems like a passing interest for Moniya..nothing too substantial. Just a phase in her life till her true story is meant to begin. Maybe if Aakash is kept full-time, he could be the friend who helps her recognize her emotions for UdayVeer (😆), and how to differentiate her thoughts. He would be a good friend, because like UdayVeer said .. Aakash is like water, someone calming & clear-minded

I really liked that u said and I have to say that has anyone thought that maybe Akash pities Moniya. After hearing the sort of life that she leads and wishes for a permanent home, Akash got a sad look on his face which could be interpreted for pity. I have heard that pity is often mistaken for love. When u feel sorry for someone, u can't help think about them constantly and then u end up thinking that u are in love with when in the end all u are feeling is pity for a person who could be a good friend to u and u want to find ways to cheer them up like taking them out/ showing them new places just so they will be happy for some time. I think Akash has no romantic feelings for Monia, he is sort of mistaken on how he really feels about her.

@Miss.colourfull, I thought your post about Majnu and Akash becoming a Devdas was really funny😆. Uday should be there to see it all if Akash does that. I wonder how he will react.

And as for akash yhh he did brave thing n i get his heart is broken just that he is just a majnu and i dont think he loves monya he just infatuated with her he knew her like five days lmao

I was just thinking about that scene today and about how great Abhisheik Rawat's acting was. He was great in the scene where he's talking to Ashish Kapoor after getting beaten. I do like the Manyata/Udhay pairing more, but I see no reason Akash can't be used to make Udhay jealous and the like, or the reason why he shouldn't have his own happy ending. After all Moniya/Manyata will need all the friends/people she can get, and at this moment he and Chinky and the other girl are it.

Aakash definately is a very nice guy and is a good friend who is concerned for moniya because he cares for her. Its not his fault that unfortunately we all prefer udayveer with moniya😉 and he seems a bit boring next to udayveer. but there is no doubt that he is a great guy with a lot of goodness in him😊

The actor playing Akash is no doubt a very seasoned actor and one of the best in the new generation of television actors.

However the lead actress is quite young and he kind of looks a little too old beside her. With Uday's character in the picture, Akash is loosing all the attention a lead should get. Even if the writers portray Uday as evil still i think, most people will vote for him to be the lead... i think they should start portraying Akash as the guy in love with the princess whom he thought was his neighbour but Manyata on the other hand falls for the dashing prince, quite unwillingly, and slowly, and considers Akash more of a friend or a crush she had.

That way we all will be happy and producers you all will be happy with the TRPs. Dont worry if u all continue with the boring Akash and Manyata Jodi, u'll be losing whatever small TRP it attained over the three weeks. The TRPs shoot up whenever manyata Udayveer scenes are shown. I dont know about last weeks trp though.
