May be in short term, but in long term we all know her plans never succeed and Kunal will eventually and always come back to his beautiful wife Siddhi. There is one thing that doesn't really make sense to me, if a guy who has a young and beautiful wife like Siddhi, why on the earth will be jealous/attracted to someone like witcha😆😆 even if had shared a relationship with her in the past. He now has a person, Siddhi, who is more beautiful inside and out.
