I guess he is takin up this issue because Ekta never took permission from her family. So how is her family supposed to know about how she will be potrayed if she didn't show them the script! They saw the trailers and were enraged and took action. So I cannot question their motives so quickly.
Actually, Silk Smitha's boyfriend asked Ekta to show him the script before the film went on floors. She didn't budge!

Like I said, if she has been insulted or her character has been exploited to create a raunchier version, her brother is justified in filing the case.

well,wht they are showing seems true to what the audience have seen of silk smita onscreen...

however, since the film deals with her personal life as well, if the makers are cooking up stories abt tht, or abt her character and showing it in an incorrect way, then her brother filing the case is justified.

Whenever someone makes a biopic abt a real person's life, they always consult the family members to get their approval/check the facts...but since its silk smita and its assumed therz "no one to ask" for her, the makers might have taken more liberties than required...

They are showing Silk in a obscene way? Everyone knows that she used to be an item dancer and how she used to act and this brother, after all the time when the movie is almost released, come out and sending a legal notice claiming he just realized. Such poor explanation 😲

If Silk's brother feels his sister is being portrayed in an obscene way, why did he take so long to come forward? The promos, posters have been out for quite a while now so why is this lawsuit only now making news? The timing does raise suspicion

i always thought silk smitha was a loner ... like estranged from family types ... it's just there hasn't been much info on her background ... most are aware of her life after entering the industry ... so the fact that she has a brother, who has given concern to the way his sister's portrayed comes as a shocker for me

my knowledge here is limited of course.. promos pretty much show much the way silk smitha used to act in movies, no difference there ... the content on her personal life is accurate or not, well only the movie can tell

this news coming out now doesn't help her brother's case at all
