The morning sun rays brought a new day in everything seemed so fresh and new Abhimanyu couldn't have asked for more his devil his son Maan was happy and becoming responsible he never in his life thought Maan will be so caring and gentle towards a girl his little angel geet
He smiled and made his way out of room
He saw maan's room door opened
Maan ka kamra khula kyu hai
Nakul kaka abhimanyu called
Ji saab
Maan kaha hai
Abhi asked as he entered the room
Pata nahi saab yahi toh the kal raat par subah kaha gaye
Abhimanyu closed his eyes as he recalled his last discussion with his son
He quickly walked towards Geet's room which was just adjacent to maan's
A smile just lit up his face as he saw his devil and angel sleeping together holding together
Savitri devi just walked in to geet's room too as she saw Abhimanyu in there
Kya baat hai beta subah subah Geet ke room main
Abhimanyu just turned back and smiled and pointed towards geet's bed
Savitri devi looked towards the direction Abhi pointed
and smiled
Kitne pyaare lag rahe hai na
Abhi just nodded
Savitri devi just took her phone out and clicked a pic of them
Abhi looked at his mother surprised
Ma aap kya in dono ki picture collect kar rahi hai
Savitri just smiled haan Abhi
Mere Maan aur Geet hai hi itne pyaare
Ye dekhiye inki kitni sari tasveere hai hamare pass
Abhi just took her phone it was filled with their photos

Savitri devi just smiled chaliye tayar ho jaiye
Warna breakfast thanda ho jayega
Abhi just nodded and walked out with his mother
LATER ON IN THE DAY
10 am
Maan just woke to witness the most beautiful sight of the day his angel was sleeping in his arms her arms were comfortably locked on his waist
Her locks were playing around her face and even in her sleep she kept on trying to put them behind her ears
Maan chuckled
He gently tucked the lock of hair behind her ears
And whispered good morning mishti in her ears
Maan was surprised on his own choice of words
Mishti
That was what her father used to call his mother
Out of love mishti he whispered yet again
And smiled he gently kissed geet's head
Geet just smiled and hugged him back
Geet utho its quiet late
Maan said as he tried to wake her up
Sone dona maan please Geet said
Maan just slipped out of the bed and the moment he was about to walk out of the room he found Abhimanyu standing there
Good Morning Dad
Maan said as he looked his father standing right in front of him
Abhi just looked at him and replied with a stern face
Good morning Maan but don't you think it is little late for morning
Maan just looked down
Wo dad main
But before maan could have said anything
Abhi just signalled him to shut up and said
In my room in 20 mins
We need to talk young man
Maan looked at his dad's hardened expressions and nodded for a yes
Abhi just left from there
And maan rushed to his room to get ready
Just after 20 mins Maan got ready and rushed to his dad's room
Maan just entered and saw his father engrossed in some file
Abhi sensed maan's presence he turned back and looked at maan
Who was all ready
Abhi was impressed his son made it on time
He signalled maan to sit on the chair
Maan did so
Abhi looked at Maan intently keeping a stern look on his face
Maan humne aapse kal kuch kaha tha
Aapko yaad hai
Yes dad mujhe ache tarha se yaad hai
Abhi looked at his son surprised his son was not at all scared he had a look of confidence on his face
Abhi was happy but still he needed to set down some rules for his devil
Maan Abhi said in an angry voice
Humne aap ko Geet ke kamre mein rehne ki izzazat(permission) nahi di thi
Phir aap aaj subah subah, geet ke kamre mein kyu they
The expression on Maan's face didn't change a bit
He looked directly in Abhi's eyes
She needed me dad and I have promised her that i will be there whenever she needs me
Abhi looked at the determined face of Maan
Maan hum aapki koi baat nahi suna chahte aaj se aap unke kamre mein nahi soein ge
Maan looked at abhi but didn't said anything
Abhi very well knew Maan's what maan's silence meant
But he still continued
Maan aapki vacations khatam hone walein hai
I hope you are through your homework
Maan looked at his dad he couldn't lie to him on this part
I haven't yet started it he said slowly
Abhi looked at his son his expression hardened a bit
When are you planning to start it then Maan
Abhi asked in an angered voice
Maan just dipped his head low
Maan aap aaj se hi apna kaam karna shuru karengey
I will check your work myself
Maan nodded
Aur haan maan aaj se aapka aur geet ka har pal saath rehna bhi band
Maan immediately looked at his dad
His eyes looked angry
But he still didn't said anything
Abhi looked at him in amazement his angered eyes just surprised him
The intensity in his eyes were more than his words
And Abhor knew at that very moment that his devil will never leave his angels side
A part of him was happy that his son really cared for Geet
But a part also scared of his possessive nature
Maan has had enough of his dad's bashing he was not very happy with the rules his father was trying to lay
He just turned back to leave his father's room
When Abhi called him
I am not yet done Maan
Maan just stopped but didn't turn back
Ji dad he spoke
Abhi just folded his arms and said
I have hired a nanny for geet
You need not worry about her much
So concentrate on your studies
That was it Maan lost his control
He picked up the flower vase from the nearby table and smashed it
And walked out of his room
Savitri devi heard the loud voice and came running to Abhi's room
Abhimanyu beta ye kaise awaz thi
Abhi was too stunned
He knew his decisions would not be welcomed by his devil
But never did he thought Maan will be so much angered
And behave in such way
Abhi just got really angry
Kuch nahi maa aapke potein
Ko kafi jyada hi gussa aata hai
Par unka ye gussa humarein decision nahi badal sakte
Kal geet ki nanny aa
Rahi hai
Aur wo hi unka sara khayal rakhengi
Aur maan sirf apni padhai pe dhyan dengey
With that Abhimanyu walked out of his room
Leaving a baffled Savitri devi behind
