After looting the wealth from Surya temple in Multan, Mahmud Ghaznavi decides to loot the Somanth temple.
Repenting his decision to trust Mahmud, Ajaypal decides to end his life. However Gangsarvagya stops Ajaypal and reminds him about his rights and duties.
Dadda tells Ajaypal that he could atone for his act by helping him stop Mahmud Ghaznavi from looting Somnath temple. Shobha informs Ajaypal about the army formed by Dadda with help from Vallabhdev and other kings.
On his way to Saurashtra, Mahmud gets furious on learning that the wealth he had looted from Multan, was missing. Unknown to Mahmud, Dadda had changed the treasure chest and the wealth was in his custody.
Ajaypal's courtier had seen Dadda and recognizes him as the king of Bharuch. The courtier informs Mahmud about it.
Dadda is alarmed on learning from a spy that Mahmud was headed for Somanth temple.
Shobha points out to Ajaypal that he could clear his conscience by punishing Mahmud Ghaznavi.
