I am in NJ -I felt the eq but before I could realize it was over fraction of a sec -2nd floor I thought I was dizzy

I luckily did not feel the aftershocks...only felt the main one.

omg i was at the tysons corner malll in VA trying on designer glasses when all of a sudden the shelves of glasses started to shake and fall.

For a second i thought something snapped from the 2nd or third floor of the mall, but then nooo everywhere was shaking. EVERYONE ran out of the malll fearing that the floors on top don't fall on us or an aftershock come.

It was both frightening and scary! We were all joking around and having fun. One of the guys with me was like trying on glasses and was like "hey look i am like salman khan" taking the glasses off and putting it behind his shirt. and before we knew it EARTHQUAKE!

WIll never forget this day!
