Naina is fully dressed up and comes down the steps with Akruti, and she thinks about Akruti's problem, and Akruti reassures her, but feels guiltly within Daksh too comes down, and asks his mother for coffee and she tells him that it is ready. The bell rings and Sonakshi enters, and she goes to curry favor with Daksh's mother, and she tells them to prepare coffee for them. She tells them that she will go to the Sakharpuda * of Abhi, and she says that her upbringing prompts her that she too should join, as she is going to be their relative. Daksh tells her, that she can not come. In the office, as Naina gets a flash back of Abhi when he showed her a garland, to hang herself, if she were not to marry him she looks at the garland and throws it in the dustbin. , Akruti asks if everything is o.k; and gets an evasive reply.

Sonakshi goes on chatting loudly in her high pitch creepy voice about herself and Daksh again reminds her that she knows from everything that she has seen what happened here, and tells her, that it is not right that she be seen there. He tells her that he will leave her to the door, and she wails like a small child in a tantrum, that she wants to go, and he tries to explain, that he is going to Lonavla on a personal errand, and not to attend a family function. He promises to tell her about it when he comes back, and also that by yelling and pleading he will not change his mind. She better remember that, and stop black mailing him. and Kaka hears and passes comments on them.

Outside, Sonakshi continues her argument with Daksh and he tries to reason out with her, but she acts childish and tells him, that he will have to take time for her, and she will not tolerate this. She sits in her car, and Daksh looks on. His mother comes with some lunch pack, and tells him, that she has a bad feeling, and his aunt Shyamal too comes to see him. He tells them, that it is necessary for Naina to face this as this is the only way she can come out of her trauma. "You will see our old Naina, when we come back", he assures them. Naina comes and tells Daksh that it is nearing one o'clock, and they get ready to go. Naina does not show any sense of being upset and she is cool and quiet about everything. They sit in the car. Daksh and Naina, have taken their seats in the car, and are getting ready to go to Lonavla. As Daksh is driving, Naina is on the phone giving last minute instructions. Sonakshi passes by and notices them, and exclaims, loudly for them to hear. She is very upset, and gets out of her car, and yells his name, but he drives on. She has stopped her car, and calls him on the phone, but he does not talk, and this exasperates her, and she proceeds. Naina tells Akruti to deal with a client, and the journey goes on like this. Daksh tries to talk to her, but she is engrossed in her own thoughts. He asks if they should buy flowers for Abhi's wife. Daksh and Naina buy a bouquet of flowers for Abhi, and he asks her if she is feeling fine, and she tells him that she is fine. They drive on to Lonavla, where the cememony is going to take place.


Sonakshi is back home, and yells and lets off her steam with incoherent sentences, and then looks at herself in the mirror all disheveled. She imagines the two going in the car to Lonavla, and in a fit of temper, throws the vase and the flowers from the table in her room and her mother looks on anxiously and asks her what has happened. She tells that she was not allowed to go to Lonavla with Daksh, and she cries on the top of her voice telling her mother that it was Naina whom Daksh has taken and not her. The mother tries to reason out with her, but she is without control, and she wants Naina to get out of his life, and the mother says, you are not married to him as yet and then tells her that she should learn how to trust him. If you want to be successful in marriage, you should know how to go about it. Joshi comes in and asks what has happened, and Sonakshi says, nothing has happened. But he does not believe. He sees the broken vase on the ground and also asks her why she did not go to Lonavla, and she says that she changed her plan. He tells her that she can hide from others, but not from him. So he makes her sit and tries to cool her, and uses his tactics to get the truth out of her. She tells him to stop his interrogation, and she leaves the place. Joshi has his own plans to trap Daksh in his net.

This guy has not become a shady lawyer, without knowing how to trap people. He showed his talent in getting the land shark from the back of the Patwardans. Now he wants to spread his wings. I do not know why I feel, that he has also trapped Diwakar and Supriya. He must have been a budding lawyer 21 years back, and he must have arranged the negotiations between Diwakar and Supriya, when Naina was one year old, she handed over the child to Diwakar in exchange for some cash with which he started his business, and his first victim, was his wife.

Daksh wants to know about Naina's future plans. In the pre-cap they have reached Lonavla and are present at the function.

* Sakharpuda:

Sakharpuda is the Maharashtrian Engagement ceremony. The correct name of the ceremony is "Rupaya Naral - Sakharpuda"

Sakhar means sugar and puda means a packet and "Naral" means coconut. "Rupaya" is a coin. In this ceremony, the prospective bridegroom's parents give a packet of sugar to the bride, while the bride's parents give a coconut and coin to the prospective bridegroom. This signifies a solemn promise by both the parents to give their children in marriage to the other.
