Shocking surprise for Shanak--indya.com

With Shaan and Khanak feeling the pinch of being forced to stay away from each other and endure hardships, they are also forming new bonds and new friendships.

Shaan has found a sort of friend in Adi who is highly competitive while Khanak has found common ground with Simran. In the maha episode of Star One's Rang Badalti Odhani,their friendship will be sorely tested as a misunderstanding will occur. Shaan and Khanak will be surprised by proposals from Simran and Adi respectively.

A StarOne.in source elaborates, "Simran and Adi have been infatuated with Shaan and Khanak respectively. Totally unaware of their feelings Shaan and Khanak, have been giving little innocent encouragement to Simran and Adi who have reached a precipice in their lives and now want to face the truth of their lives. The two will plan an elaborate romantic evening for their loved one with a room full of aromatic candles, new curtains, romantic music, heart shaped balloons et al and they will pour their hearts out waiting for a 'yes'. Shaan and Khanak will be informed to come at a venue and both of them will think that the other has planned a surprise, so they happily arrive. But the moment the truth dawns on them, the two are shocked out of their wits and stunned to receive proposals from Simran and Adi respectively.

An astonished Shaan aka Karan Tacker admits, "I thought my wife Khanak was giving me a romantic surprise but it turned out to be a staggering shock to see Simran. I was stunned to see her go through the elaborate effort of decorating and creating a romantic ambiance. Simran is a sweet, funny girl who lives in her dreamland. Never in my wildest dreams, did I think she was harbouring such feelings for me. I was pre-occupied with my work and never noticed anything particular about her." Does he worry about Khanak's reaction to Simran's proposal? No he says, "I don't think she will I get angry as she knows I wasn't aware of Simran's feelings at all and never have I encouraged her." What are you feeling about Adi's love for Khanak? "Well, all I can say is I feel secure as Khanak's husband, so I have nothing to worry about. I know that Khanak and I love each other, so there is no room for any confusion or misunderstanding."

Khanak aka Yashashri adds, "I am taken aback by this gesture. It came out of the blue and shocked me. I never thought that my friendliness with Adi will be misconstrued by him. I guess it is not all his fault as he doesn't know I am married. He is a nice guy who would not have behaved so if he knew I was married. I am wondering how to deal with him? What to say?"

Adi aka Karan Goddwani exclaims, "Khanak is a simple, humble, down-to-earth, helpful girl which is why I fell so hard for her. I didn't realise when and how. I am prepared to woo her and created an ambiance, a setting that she won't be able to refuse. I will make it tough for her to turn me down. She will be swayed away by my efforts. Shaan has given me wooing tips like hold the girl's hand, say romantic things, look in the eye and admit to your love. I am going to follow it with 100 % dedication. I know I can't go wrong."

Meanwhile Karan Goddwani was recently hospitalized due to dehydration and high fever. He states, "I have not had a single day off since I started shooting for Odhani. I want to thank my fans for making my character Adi so popular, but unfortunately the popularity also has some bad effects on my health," he laughs. "But I don't mind as I love acting. A few days ago, I was stressed due to continuous shooting and I got viral fever and later I suffered from dehydration too. The doctor advised me to be admitted in the hospital. It may sound funny but I got admitted at 3 pm and was back on the sets at 8 pm as I had an important scene to complete. I am recovering now. I have been getting sweet messages from fans wishing me a speedy recovery. One fan even fasted for my recovery. I want to thank them all."

Simran aka Garima Bhatnagar says, "Finally I have gathered the courage to express my feelings before my dream man. I am so lucky to have found him and I know deep in my heart that he has feelings for me too. The way he looks at me and behaves with me are signs by God telling me that he is the one for me."
