Khan war goes global(SRK-Sallu-PC)

The Khan war has just transcended geographical barriers and reached the other side of the world. From India to Toronto, the Shah Rukh - Salman enmity has just gone global. And caught in the crossfire is SRK's newfound good friend Priyanka Chopra.

At a recent award weekend in the aforementioned city, SRK decided to throw a party. And so did Salman's brother Sohail. And since the entire industry was present in the city, both parties decided to have all tinsel townies on their guest list. Well, almost 'all'. Priyanka Chopra was left out from Sohail's invite list. Just an error? We think not!

The parties, interestingly enough were being held at two different suites in the same hotel. The glitterati kept flitting from one party to the other. The only people who stayed put at SRK's bash were Priyanka and SRK himself.

Even King Khan's close buddies Maheep Kapoor (Sanjay Kapoor's wife) and Bhavna Pandey (Chunkey Pandey's wife) were on the Sohail guest list. Worse, even SRK's wife Gauri was invited by the other Khan.

"Lekin Priyanka was still not invited. Everybody noticed that she had been left out from Sohail's bash. We doubt that she would have been invited if Salman had attended the party," revealed a good friend of Sohail's.

Maheep, Bhavna and even Hrithik Roshan were seen shuttling between the two suites. "Dono side ko khush rakhna tha. But more people turned out for Sohail's party," said the source.

While stars like Hrithik had an option of choosing which party to attend, his Agneepath co-star Priyanka did not. She wasn't invited for the Sohail Khan party at all. And since, even SRK's wife Gauri was on that guest list, missing Priyanka's name couldn't have been a mere oversight.

Salman and Priyanka, one may recall, had a fallout after their 2004 hit Mujhse Shaadi Karogi. Priyanka even refused to work in Sohail Khan's home production Main Aur Mrs Khanna. And though, Priyanka tried to wave the white flag at Salman, her feelings were never really reciprocated.

In fact, Priyanka on Karan Johar's chat show had asked, "Salman has something against me, but I don't quite know what that is?" When asked whether the strained relationship with Salman affects her, Priyanka had told Karan, "I really don't bother, because even though I have tried to clear the air a couple of times, he has never really come forward to do the same." She had even confessed how she had tried really hard to make peace with Salman. "Well, I have tried my best but after a point I felt that I don't make that much of a difference in his life or else he would have clarified as to how I miffed him," Priyanka had stated, adding, "After a point I am indifferent towards certain actors. One really can't be bothered about others all the time."

It was only in October 2010, when Priyanka attended one of the functions of Salman Khan's Being Human Foundation, that the actor stopped being angry with her.

Looks like, the anger returned once again when Priyanka started getting friendly with Shah Rukh. Salman, who has never stopped being angry with SRK after the famous fallout at Katrina Kaif's 24th birthday party, seemingly has not taken too kindly to Priyanka's new found affection for his rival.

When we sent her a message, she did not revert. Neither did her spokesperson.

Salman takes a dig at SRK on 70 mm

Salman Khan has just raised the bar of sweet revenge. The actor, infamous for his inability to forgive and forget, has devised a fun new way to get back at his archrival Shah Rukh Khan. Hrithik has not been spared either, even though most were under the impression that the tussle between the two had been resolved.

Under his recently launched production house Salman Khan Being Human, the actor decided to co-produce the children's movie Chillar Party and use the promo as a way to take digs at SRK and Hrithik.

Our source explained, "Salman shot a funny promo for Chillar Party, where he is interacting with one of the characters, Jangya, who hates the concept of wearing underwear. In the video, Salman questions Jangya 'Why don't you wear underwear?' To this, Jangya replies 'Because Shahrukh doesn't and Hrithik doesn't either. You should also not wear one. Does Aamir also not wear one?' The promo ends with Salman puzzled."

When contacted, Vikas Bahl, co-director of the film, said, "Salman has shot this promo with Jangya, who is a filmi keeda, in the film. He cooks up filmi stories to justify why he does not wear an underwear." - KMS
