When Akriti tells Naina the reason which led her to steal, was her urge to come to terms with the situation she found herself in, after her arrival into her house. She knew she had to change and then Naina tells her that those who try sincerely always succeed. Satisfied with what she heard, Akriti goes away.
Next morning, the two aunts look at the office from the courtyard and notice Akriti at work inside. Vibha asks whether Shyamal told her to work and says it is nice to see when she knows on her own. "All will be well now. Naina too will be happy when she sees this." Vibha tells her sister in law. She tells her not to be sad. "Akriti is changing and Nana will show her a new way. Forget your daughter and smile," and she lets her know that she understands, and suggests that they go back. Naina goes to the Vibha to ask for her ashirdwad before starting the day's work. "May your every wish come true". says the aunt. As Naina about to take her leave, she says that there is a surprise waiting for her in her office.
Naina sees what Akriti has done and is looking at her at work, and when she sees, Akriti stands, and wishes her. Naina appreciates Akriti and says "hi, i you told that those who try can not be defeated". "i am starting a gain," Akriti says and Naina wishes her all the best, and Akriti thanks her.
As the timid girl, Akriti wonders what her father will do once he comes to know. "If you will give me a chance i will undo all the damage." she tells Naina. Without giving her a reply, Naina goes to her desk and begins her work. Akriti sits and continues her work as Naina watches at her.
From the window we see the road, as cars are going, and Naina tells some one on her mobile, that she would do the work she promised. At that time, Seema, Akul and Akriti the three assistants, discuss about colors, and Akriti shows what she considers good, but Seema tactless, cuts Akriti short and tells Akul what she considers good, and he too agrees with her. Naina comes to the rescue and without showing Akriti why, tells if that if both colors were used it would also look nice, and Akul and Seema acquiesce to Naina's proposal, and they continue to work. Naina takes their leave and says she is going fkor a meeting.
As Naina walks on a crowded road, Daksh is trailing her and at a point he comes face to face with her and Naina does not like that. She confronts him and asks, "What are you chasing me? I have not stolen your pen now, you have it in your pocket." Daksh tells her, "Will you stop and wait to listen." Naina is in a belligerent mood, and tells him that she is hurt. The damage you have done has put me in a deep turmoil. They argue with each other on the open road as bye standers are watching. Daksh Daksh says, "I am sorry ! "
makes himself bold to say, that he is sorry. "i came after you to say sorry," and Naina looks at him in surprise, and is not in a mood to let go.
Naina asks Daksh to repeat what he said, and he repeats and says he is sorry, and apologizes profusely. Naina tells him that a lot has been broken in her, and a sorry will not repair it i can not bring myself to forgive you, but he says, "Listen to me," and he is about to meet with an accident and he walks away.
Akriti is pressing the clothes and tells her Mom, that she will bring them down. Her mother watches her and asks if she can help, but she says it is almost finished. Her mother tells her that she need not keep the clothes, that she will do it later, and she looks at her hair and says she will oil her hair and takes away and makes her sit, and the mother oils her hair with great satisfaction.
Daksh is walking in the courtyard and comes in, and his father says that he called the office and they said that you canceled all appointments. They see his hand bleeding, He says he got hurt because he was not paying attention. Naina hears this and goes to her room. Daksh tells his mother that the injury is minor. His mother takes him away.
Naina ponders in her room whether she should not forgive him, Her childhood training comes to mind as she sees Daksh from the corner of her eye.
While Naina is in a pensive mood, Daksh is alone and thinking of what Naina said about him causing damage to her whole self image. She said she is broken from
within. That it is difficult to forgive for a simple sorry from him. He feels miserable and sorry for the way he had been behaving towards her without trying to know her and says to himself, that she is right. Just then he hears some noise in Naina's room and goes to find out. In her room, Naina is trying to bring down a box and says it is heavy and Daksh is watching her from the door, and Naina continues her effort to do it on her own, and then Daksh enters, and offers to help, which Naina accepts, and together they bring the box down. Naina looks at him, and Daksh offers that if she wanted to take it to the office he would do it. She notices his injured hand and does not want him to take this load. Together she lifts and he helps and they take the box out. The healing has started, and again they face each other and Naina says that she will dress the wound and Daksh says "no, "and she asks "Why are you stubborn for every thing?".

The kind hearted Naina shows her true self, as she dresses the wound of Daksh with great gentleness.
