From the Arena Abhay saw all the spectators getting ready for a rocking Tournament. Every year it got bigger and bigger. Abhay often entered just for kicks but in different regions of Asia so nobody would recognize his never changing face. All his opponents were psyching themselves up while others taunted their competition to take them off their guard. Abhay loved listening to their insults. They were always the same. He realized a familiar scent in the air tantalizing his senses. It was a familiar scent one he loved so much. It brought a wave of emotion through him of Pia. She had always driven him crazy teasing him with her dewy petal scent with a hint of berries. The allure was driving him on the fritz already with the anticipation of seeing her before him. Was she here he thought thickly? Abhay tried to sniff her out with his heightened powers going up a gear concentrating hard following the direction it was coming from. There was a little hint of a musky smell. His favourite scent. Abhay used his super sight knowing full well Tara was present. She must have brought Pia here! Why did she bring her here of all places. Pia detested violence she'd told him last night and now she's here. Abhay had to tone down his moves for Pia's sake. Pia was a vison before him. Her white dress and top only made her appear more angelic fueling his own hatred at the very thing he represented. Darkness.

Tara knew Abhay had spotted them. His mood went austere hinting at his perturbed feelings. This was going to be fun fighting off Abhay's mental blast Tara thought meekly to herself. Pia had the right to do what she wanted. It was her life after all. She had to respect that more than anything. Abhay had no idea what Pia was going through internally and mentally hardening her heart for his protection. It wasn't his fault but fate was f*****g them over big time. If looks could kill Tara was long dead. His eyes bore at Tara's speaking to her in code. Tara just directed her steely eyes back at him.

Pia saw the coded interaction between Abhay and Tara. She knew he was p****d at her for bringing her here. Oh Abhay, Pia thought to herself. If only i could take those words back but its all for you Abhay. Pia made Tara steer her eyes towards Pia breaking the contact. Tara was her friend too. There was no way Abhay was going to penalize her for this. If he was annoyed at someone it should be her not Tara. Rosa held on Pia's arm for support.

Rosa gave Pia a small little smile-He'll get over it Pia. He's remembering what U said about hating violence. It's made Abhay edgy hence the killer looks in Tara's direction for bringing U here.

Tara agreed beaming-This is not the worst i've had Pia by a long shot. When Abhay gets mad he gets even. You'll see he'll have something up his sleeve. He always does.

Pia was pensive-He isn't going to take it out on U is he?

Tara shook her head-Abhay is stern at times Pia but he isn't abusive or anything violent like that. Stop worrying. He's just peeved. He wasn't expecting U.

Pia looked on ahead at the contestants-Everyone over there are so serious! Is it this intense before a match?

Tara laughed-No this is just the warning faze! The opponents try to size out the competition putting them off their zone filling them with doubts. It's normal. They dp this in nearly every sport.

Rosa was excited-This is my first time watching this is like watching Bruce Lee in action.

The commentators start begin their announcements from the mike. They were dressed in black robes and had a headband on. From afar they seemed really small.

Commentators-Ladies and Gentlemen we'd like to announce the annual 10^th Karate Championships. We are ready to commence just in a few moments. I'd like some quiet please. Our competitors will need some silence to perform their First round. Individual skills will be displayed. The judges will score them. Then Round Two Strengths test and endurance. Then finally on our last round. All our competitors will face against the other to be crowned the Champion.

Both men take a bow and leave the arena. One by one they all come to the front. Each persona displaying their moves as if were a dance. Pia sat back in awe of Abhay. He was handsome but he this made him even sexier if he could surpass anything beyond sexy. Tara saw Pia's open mouth and laughed out loud. Loves Young dream was a picture to watch so sweet. Rosa giggled at Pia's obvious ogling. Pia had mentally discarded all the men from the arena and only had Abhay at full focal point. He was simply exquisite in every movement and so agile. Pia found herself fully engrossed in this just like the crowd were gripped by the fascination of watching such display of martial arts. Abhay picked up a Nunchuck swinging it around swiftly from side to side. Pia heard the echoes of it whooshing around. It was blurry as it moved so fast in his hands.

Pia whispered to Tara impressed-I didn't know Abhay was this good.

Rosa was in agreement-Tell me about it. I didn't think he'd need this due to U know but he's really good.

Tara beamed in pride-That's my boy! I told U didn't i Pia, Abhay will always surprise you. This is his pride and Joy. It's what keeps his mind off of all the bad in the world. If U think this is good wait till U see what he does for the endurance test Rosa without the use of his skills.

Rosa darted her eyes at Tara-U mean silver?

Pia couldn't believe this-He's what?

Rosa shocked-Is he on some death wish?

Tara defended Abhay's actions-He likes to dabble with danger. If he'd have known Pia was coming he'd have pulled out ages ago.

Pia couldn't nelieve Abhay would endanger himself like this-We have to stop him!

Tara pressed her fingers on Pia's lips-It's too late Pia they are doing this now while the iron is hit.

Rosa didn't know what to say-I hope for his sake this doesn't go wrong for him.

Pia was apprehensive holding her hands together as if she were praying for something-I don't know if i can watch!

Rosa concerned-Do U want to leave?

Pia shook her head-No i'll see this through. Abhay's nuts.

Tara joked-U only just found that out.

The commentators came back-Round Two Endurance test. Please be seated and no noise please. Our contestants need to concentrate. Thank U. (He walks away.)

Tara gave Pia the 411-This is it Pia! They will all go through a series of test. Fire first, Then lying on needles, breaking a series of ice in one fast swoop, they will have a few items thrown at them. For Abhay it's a specially made chair coated in silver.

Rosa's eyes flew open-This is too extreme.

Tara nodded-I know but Abhay has always lived on edge. He can handle it if he knows it's coming but only with his full attention on mind over matter.

Each participant had the same task at hand. A helper came over and started the torture. Pia hated the screams each contender roared out in agony. It really wasn't her scene. She'd closed her eyes. In Pia's head she asked herself, Abhay why are U putting yourself through this? Do U not care what happens to U?

Rosa grabbed hold of Pia's hand-This is treacherous. Men are so well men. Pia he'll be OK!

Tara gave Pia a light stroke on her arms-I told U this was going to get ugly.

Pia didn't care-Abhay's always been there for me i had to come. For some reason i'm a little all over the place. Somethings not right?

Tara had felt the same-I'm sure it's just our concern for Abhay we have faced a lot Pia its only natural to scrutinize things around us.

Abhay took his robe off showing his perfect abds with his six pack showing. This grabbed Pia's attention away from her worries. Abhay was beyond perfection and he hid that body in a black shirt all the time. His bulging strong muscles had held her so tenderly at times. Pia was certain she'd gone to heaven. Abhay on the other hand was distracted by Pia. Her expressions had made him smile. She so wanted him he thought but then what the hell dd he know about Pia really other than how stubborn she was. Abhay felt the pain of the nails which were soated with a herb harmful to vampires vervaine. Fire scorched his skin but the worst was the silver chair. Now that was a killer. It wa the only way to keep this contest a level playing field. Abhay passed with flying colours as the horde of people cheered on the challengers. Pia was relieved but Abhay's back was bruised up. He was bloody at the back. He saw Pia wince at his discomfort. Good to know she had some feelings towards him other than repulsion. She didn't like watching him in pain. Then again she winced at all the other men too.

The commentators came back-Right we a resuming this after a break. Please feel free to look at our Ninja Warriors in action. This group is only to entertain U till we prepare for the grand final.

Tara go up to leave. Pia asked-Where are U going?

Tara replied-Backstage. Check up on Abhay. See the damage.

Pia wanted to go with her-I'll follow U. I don't want Abhay giving U the third degree.

Rosa waved them to o while she brings in the refreshments-I didn't realize how thirsty and hungry this made U watching it.

Tara grinned-That's why i always bring a supply ready but this was all sudden.

Pia to Rosa-See U in a few OK!

Pia followed Tara to see Abhay! He was getting patched up. Tara moved the medic away. Abhay gave Tara a hug and a smile that made Pia's heart skip a beat. Tara started doing her Mojo on Abhay as she massaged him in shape. Abhay didn't even bother groaning. His face was so still. Did he feel nothing? He'd growled when the steel hit him. abhay didn't even bother saying anything to Pia blanking her out. This hurt Pia. She deserved it Pia thought.

Abhay raised his voice at Tara-Why did U bring her here for? She was never supposed to see this.

Tara stopped working her healing powers to reduce pain level-It was her idea. She forced my hand Abhay. I'm not getting in the middle of this. It's between the two of U.

Abhay tried to read Tara's mind-She asked and U let her.

Tara shrugged her shoulders-Hey it's the least i could do. She did treat U like s**t. I wanted toshow U she didn't care.

Abhay sarcastically-Yeah right. Get her out of my face. I don't want to see her.u are supposed to be my friend Tara and U bring her here to throw me off my game.

Pia flinched at Abhay's cold words cutting through her heart-Abhay i didn't mean all the spiteful things i said. I went too far but how could i say i want some distance between us. Putting yourself through danger isn't fun for me.

Abhay pushed past Pia-Save this b******t for someone who cares. I got a match to ready myself for. Now take your pretty a** somewhere else. Tara this isn't over.

Pia shot back-Abhay this attitude isn't fooling anybody. If U want someone to blame then it should be me. I came for U. I never skip College but i did it for U. I didn't realize how good U were at this.

Abhay didn't bother talking to Pia. Instead he diverted his attention to Tara-I want her out of her pronto.

Pia moved away in tears seeing Abhay giving her so much flack was hurting her. She had to get out. It was a mistake coming here.

Tara gave Abhay a gentle mind blast-Simmer down Abhay.Pia's right! U only ever look at things from your point of view. I can see your hurting but so is she. She needs distance Abhay. Time to think away from U. Focus on winning this. Pia genuinely wants U to do well. She's worried for U. Hows the back holding up my psychotic friend?

Abhay pensive-Kills but i'll bear it.

Tara gives Abhay a hug-Go win it tiger!

Abhay smiles vacantly-Will try to.

Tara solemnly-Abhay lighten up on Pia ok! She is only human mixed with Maithali. Now go get them.

The bell rings everyone take their esats and the fight off begins. One by one each contender is knocked one by one until there are only two fighters left Abhay weakened by Tara's magic for an even match. Abhay was no cheat. He gave a few blows fending off the opponent. Abhay took a few blows. Lucky for him he was used to taking blows his whole life. He enjoyed dishing out more. It was a tentative match. Abhay didn't want to cause the other man too much injury. Their energies were zapping out of their bodies. Pia was on edge hurt by Abhay's neglecting her. hurt by Abhay's words which were no way near what she'd inflicted on him. the blows all hit Pia's heart. Her tears gently fell to the floor.

Tara gave Pia a cuddle-This is normal Pia. Abhay will be fine. A few cuts won't kill him.

Pia cheered Abhay on-Its difficult watching him like this. I know he could take him out like that but it's almost like he's letting the opponent do major damage before Abhay responds back.

Tara knew what Pia meant. It was Abhay's way to deal with his own frustrations-It happens Pia. I'm sure this isn't on purpose.

Pia wasn't so sure Abhay was unpredictable-I guess. Come on Abhay finish this already. I can't take this anymore.

The swarm of people cheered the fighters on. Abhay heard Pia's request ignoring her completely. She didn't like watching him get beat. Well wasn't this interesting. He'd play this out till he brought out Pia's true emotion to the surface. He'd tire her till she had nothing left.He allowed his challenger a few more blows to his face. He saw Pia's reaction as she covered her tear stricken face with her hands. There was a roar and applause when the other man was unconscious. The referee hailed Abhay as the victor raising his right arm up in the air. Pia, Tara, and Rosa all rose from their seats jumping. They ran to Abhay but Pia stopped in her tracks heading the other way back to her seat. Abhay saw her retreat. His face gave nothing away.
