lol..she does make sense...chalo...for once.! 😆...abt the rice thing, thts exactly wht is said in rujhuta's book....and i agree with it coz our ancestors have been living on such food for years and they've all been hale and healthy...as long as ur eating the right food at the right time....i dunt think its taboo to eat rice or have parathas...even if ur trying to lose weight.....they are after all, the staple diet of indians and asians...

Well its different fo me- Rice just doesnot agree with my system. I bloat in no time when I eat rice. Being a south Indian I have struggled to stay off rice, but after 2 yrs I have now given up rice completely except on lunch on Sundays.

BTW her dietician's first book was pretty good. In the UK the diet tips are quite restricted as it does not cover Indian food or vegetarians.

omigosh...u a south indian too pragya...same pinch...😆...i toh can never lay off rice...i need to have some because ive gotten so used to it since i was a kid....but i have brown rice coz its much healthier...😃

Any rice is bad for me... the doctors say I could have some allergy which is currently being diagnised.

carbs are bad for you when you eat it in the wrong times.like for dinner..when your not active after havin ur dinner then it can prove to be harmful.
