Urgh! I'd have slapped saif if I were you and he acted that way. Melbourne eh? I"ve ehard of others who had bad experiences in melbourne at the exact same time with saif as well. He must have been quite an insecure thing back then.

Okay, I can understand a neighbor not wanting to wake up to hanged clothes, but to move over that? I doubt it. I know where I live we're not allowed hang up clothes. Couldn't Saif complain somehow and "make" his neighbors take their clothes down? I don't know. It seems extreme to move cause of this reason.
