Hey!
Where abouts in Mumbai will you be staying? Mumbai is huge so if I do recommend a couple of places then depending on what part of Mumbai you're staying in, it could take you over an hour to get there.
The best places for Indian outfits is without a doubt Seasons in Santacruz and Millionaire in Juhu. There's also Sakhi's in Santacruz and Borivali. If you're after sarees then Sushma Creations in Vaishali Shopping Center-Juhu is a great place to go but they are quite pricey. One thing that sucks about going Mumbai this time of the year is that there are no sales on any items of clothing.
For shoes, jewellery and the rest, take a walk around Bandra and check out the shops there.
Food? Wow there's so many places you could go to! Elco in Bandra do good Indo-Chinese food and they're well-known for their pani puris. Naturals ice-cream is amazing! Gurukripa is sion does the best deserts ever and their food is pretty damn good too! If you're in to South Indian food then Cafe Madras or Mysore Cafe in Kingcircle is the place to go. Gypsy near shivaji park is one of the best Chinese joints in Mumbai. Kailash Parbat is another place that you might like.
PM me if you want to know anything else. :) Hope you have a great time in Mumbai!
