This is a cooking show & no one in this show ware hand gloves & hat. They make noodles few times, without gloves they touch that how unhealthy it looks.They have india's best chef but how they doing this mistake.I do'nt know that much abt cooking but i can say this the rule of cooking must ware hand gloves & hat,When Thay had auddition one girl who had long hair Akshay Kumar told her to tie her hair bcz if anyone find hair in the food it looks bad.So how come he forget that? What kinds chef you guys have that they forget the main two things.I hope when they cook they don't do this mistake.

well, they wash their hands before starting and thats plenty i guess. I have seen many cooking show no one wears gloves.

even khana khazana i havent seen anyone wearing gloves nor a cap. a lot depends on personal hygiene and the surrounding where u r cooking,.

hey, no one wears a hat / gloves at home yet we say its clean and hygienic because we wash our hands and the surrounding is also clean.. even the chefs in master chef also take care so i would not say its unhygienic / unhealthy! 😆
