2am (Geet's Dream)
There he was standing in the field waiting for me with his arms wide open....and holding my favourite flowers white roses in one hand.....I could see him staring at me waiting for me...I could see the love in his eyes for me....I was the luckiest girl in the world to have a husband that cared and loved me as much as Ranbir did....He was standing there in his black jeans and grey t-shit waiting for me...I ran to him as fast as I could....I felt like I was running for ages but the moment I ran into his arms I knew I was safe I knew I belonged there...
He picked me up in his arms and started spinning me around
Geet: Ranbir (she said laughing) mujhe jane do...I'm getting dizzy
Ranbir: aise asani se nahin Geet
He said as they both fell on the grass....Geet was laying on top of Ranbir with her hair in his face....she slowly got up and turned away from him....she felt a strong arm grab her hand and pull her to him smashing her into his hard body....
Geet: I LOVE YOU
Geet said as she closed her eyes as she felt soft lips touch hers....they started kissing passionately and where back on the grass...she felt his body on top of hers as he slowly started kissing her neck....his hands made their way around her waist grabbing her tightly...she felt safe and secure...his warm body was shielding her....
Geet: I LOVE YOU
She said again trying to catching her breath...her eyes where welded up from tears....she loved the moment they were in...he bought his lips to her forehead and kissed her softly....and made his way to her eyes and back to her lips were they kissed passionately again...he was in a very naught mood as he bit her lip
Geet: ouch
Geet said but still enjoyed it
"I LOVE YOU TOO" said the husky voice in a sexy tone....
As they got up Geet smiled and hugged him tightly putting her head on his chest
Geet: MAAN..... (she said still trying to catch her breath) I LOVE YOU
He picked her up in his arms....there faces inches away....their lips so close
Maan: Geet I LOVE YOU TOO...Hamesha and forever
He said as he kissed her lips
Geet: haaaaaaa
Geet said as she quickly got up from her dream...panic was written all over her face....she looked over and saw Maan sleeping next to her...he looked peaceful and comfortable....she quickly got up and ran to the washroom not wanting to wake up Maan...she closed the door and dropped to the floor....holding her legs tightly to her chest crying softly
Geet: yeh sapna tha Geet...sirf ek sapna
She said trying to calm herself down thinking about the dream
Geet: par Maan? Yeh kaise? Woh to mera dost hai sirf dost? Haaye Baabaji are you trying to tell me something? Is Maan more than a friend to me?.... yeh mere saath kya ho raha hai...Maan dil aur meri zindagi mein kya jagah hai?....
She said as she walked over to the sink and washed her face
Geet: after Ranbir I've never looked or thought of another man this way...then why Maan? Why is he so different from everyone? Why do I feel so comfortable and safe around him that I even let him sleep in the same bed as me knowing that he won't do anything? Geet what is happening to you?
She said trying to figure out what has been happening to her for the past 2 months
Geet: ever I started working with Maan things have changed....I smile more....laugh more and even think about Ranbir more....I know this is what Ranbir wanted but why...why and what is this that is happening to me?
She said as she put her hands over her mouth not wanting to accept the truth
Geet: you're just being silly Geet its nothing....I was just a dream....don't think about it too much....just go back to sleep everything is ok
She said as she looked at herself in the mirror again....she made her way back to her bed...she looked over and saw that Maan was still sleeping but had a smile on her face...seeing him like that brang a smile to her face wondering what he was dreaming about....she laid there facing him and slowly closed her eyes as she drifted back to bed....
8am
The sun was shining bright outside bringing with it a new day....Geet slowly opened her eyes and saw that her head was on Maan's chest....she laid there not wanting to get up....he liked the warmth and feeling that she had.....she closed her eyes as a smile rose to her face.....Maan could feel movement on his chest and opened his eyes and saw that Geet was laying on him....he was about to move when he noticed how peaceful she looked....he had his arms wrapped around her.....he held her tighter and smiled to himself and wished that they always wake up that way....he closed his eyes not wanting the moment to pass

BUZZZZZ BUZZZZZZZZZZZZ BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ BUZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ....the alarm went off making Maan and Geet quickly get up....they were sitting on the bed staring into each other's eyes wondering if the other knew that they were in each other's eyes.....Maan bent over Geet and hit the alarm off...he saw a piece of hair in Geet's face that was bothering her...he slowly raised his hand and tucked it behind her hair
Maan: woh Geet...um good morning...sorry I didn't know I was holding you las....
Geet: Nahin (she said cutting him off) its okay it wasn't your fault
She quickly got up and ran to the washroom...leaving Maan on the bed smiling as he fell right back down
Maan: Haaye I love that girl
He said looking at the washroom door...Geet was in the washroom smiling to herself too over what had happened she looked in the mirror and whispered to herself
Geet: diklo Maan tujhe badal raha hai...and you yourself are changing.... yeh ehsaas Maan ke liye kya hai?
She said shaking her head not wanting to think too much about it and headed to the shower
After breakfast Maan and Geet made their way upstairs to finish packing for their trip to Switzerland....it was 11am and their flight was leaving at 4pm... Geet was busy packing for the trip....she saw Maan was on his laptop finishing up some loose ends before the trip....she walked over to Maan and tapped him on the shoulder
Geet: Maan
She said sitting next to him
Maan: hmmm
He said not taking his eyes off of his work
Geet: woh main....I wanted to ask you something
She said hesitantly
Maan: Pucho
Geet: kya aap...I mean have you ever been in love
She asked closing her eyes shocked she asked this to MAAN SINGH KHURANA....Maan was a little taken back by the question and turned and looked at Geet...he saw that she had her eyes closed and her head down....he placed his hand on her chin and slowly lifted her head as she opened her eyes and stared into Maan's eyes
Maan: haan
He said with a smile on his face
Geet: KYA?
She said shocked not liking the fact that he had loved another woman
Maan: Haan I've been in love and still am in love with her
He said as he saw how made Geet's face was....he was amused by her slight sign of jealousy....Geet looked away from him and angrily got up....he grabbed her arm and pulled her back down next to him
Geet: mera haath chodo
She said angrily still...Maan looked at her and started smiling
Maan: GEET...chup bilkol chup
He said placing his hand over her mouth
Maan: woh ladki ka naam hai...
Geet: mujhe nahi sona uska naam
She said throwing his hand off her face and getting up.....Maan grabbed her by the shoulders and turned her around
Maan: Geet uska naam SAVATI DEVI hai
He said with a smile on his face....Geet looked up at him...relieved
Geet: kya?
Maan: hai Geet meri Dadi... main usko bahut pyar karta hoon...but why did you ask me this question?
Geet: (not knowing what to say) woh...umm...I thought I would get to know you better you know my past and I don't know anything about you so I thought I would ask
She said trying to get away quickly from Maan....he could see that was looking a little shy...he quickly grabbed her by the arm and pulled her towards him.....smashing her in his hard chest...he looked into her eyes and saw her innocents that he fell in love with....he wrapped his arms around her waist
Maan: (softly) Geet tum mujhse door jaan jati ho?.... par mere sawal...why did you ask me if I've ever been in love
Geet: nahi woh..I just asked... koi baat nahin.. baas yuhi
She said not wrestling to get out of his arms...
Geet: Maan choro...I have to pack
She said looking away blushing
Maan loved when she blushed...he let go of her and sat on the couch and looked up at her
Maan: Geet sit down...let's talk
Geet: kya?
She asked confused
Maan: haan...you want to get to know me so let's talk
Geet sat down excited that Maan was willing to open up
Maan: what do you want to know? you can ask me anything
Geet: ok....well why haven't you ever been in love?
Maan: I just never met the right girl I was always busy with work....and love to me was just a weakness
Geet: but what if you find a girl and fall in love with her?
She asked holding on her mangalsutra
Maan saw the sadness in her eyes and wished that he could just tell her that he already found the girl...he grabbed her hand that was holding the mangalsutra
Maan: Geet (he said softly) don't worry that will never happen....you are the only girl in my life and no one can come between us
Geet smiled hearing what Maan said and gave him a hug....she couldn't understand why she wanted to ask him if he ever been in love but was happy that he hadn't and that he wouldn't ever leave her...Maan just hugged her tightly and thought to himself how lucky he was to have Geet in his life
Maan: Geet (he said pulling her away and looking into her eyes) can I ask you something?
Geet nodded her head
Maan: ummm what about you? I mean do you think that you can ever let your heart love again
She looked at Maan with tears in her eyes...a tear rolled down her eyes and Maan put his hand up to whip it...but Geet grabbed his hand instead
Maan: Geet I'm sorry I didn't mean to make you cry
Geet: nahin Maan its ok...it's just that I've never thought about it before....I'm scared to think about it
She said letting him whip her tears now
Maan: I'm sorry Geet I shouldn't have asked you this
Geet: nahin Maan its ok....you should be able to ask me anything you want
Maan just looked at her....he was saw sorry he'd made her cry...but relieved that she wasn't angry and she was slowly opening up to her
Maan: Geet I'll be right back...I'm just going to go check on something with Dev
As Maan left the room Geet made her way packing for her trip
Geet: Maan after Ranbir's death you are the only man that has held an importance in my life....I don't know what it is about you....I don't feel guilty when I hug you...I don't feel guilty when I think about you....I miss you when you are not around me....and when you are around me I feel so protective and secure....you're one touch sends shivers all through my body....I only asked you if you ever been in love because I don't want another woman coming in between us....I can't bear the thought of loosing you...it hurts to much....I never want you to leave me....for 2 years I've been depressed crying every day thinking to myself why Baabaji had taken Ranbir away....and with yesterdays dream I realized that Baabaji was telling me that he had plans of bringing you into my life....to make me forget my pain....to make me live again...love life again...to Muskura again...I now realized what is happening to me.... Maan Singh Khurana I'm falling in love with you....I love you Maan....i used to always ask myself... yeh ehsaas Maan ke liye kya hai?... aab mujhe maloom hai.... yeh ehsaas pyar hai
She said with a big smile on her face.....
