Maan still stood there looking into her intoxicating eyes...he felt like he couldn't look away

Maan: kaun ho tum
He asked taking a step forward

Geet looked around at the mess and shot up scared

Geet: woh.....main....I'm sorry I'm Geet....your brother hired me as your secretary

She said frantically picking up his papers with his back turn towards
him

Maan: (thinking to himself) not only are her eyes the most beautiful thing I've seen so is she

Shocked Maan shook his head not knowing why that thought came into his head

Geet was still frantically talking to herself....Maan was just staring at her with a slight small on his face as he walked towards her and spun her around to face him and gently took her hand that was holding his papers

Geet: woh...main

Maan put his finger on her lips

Maan: shhhh.... chup bilkol chup.... tum bolti bahut ho

He said as he took the papers out of her hand and placed them on the table

Dev: bro what happened

Dev said as he was accompanied by NT and adi as they heard yelling in his office..to their surprise they where enlightened with what they were seeing...was Maan Singh Khurana not only standing so close to a women where their lips where inches away but holding her hand to. Seeing everyone in his office Maan let go of Geet and backed up a little as Geet ran and stood behind Adi.

Maan:Woh main actually

He said clearing his voice

Maan: I was just a little confused as to what you thought when you hired this girl Dev

Maan said as he adjusted his tie

NT:Maan what do you mean she's a nice girl

Maan:oh really is that why my office looks like a tornado has come through it...if I wanted it to look like this I would of hired our neighbours' 4 year old daughter to come do this

Geet: I'm sorry sir (Geet said looking over Adi's shoulder) I just thought I'd open the window up

Again there where those magical eyes just staring at him....he knew he wouldn't be able to stay mad at this girl for too long

Maan:(thinking to himself) why am I not able to stop staring into her eyes

Adi:Maan it's alright its Geet's first day she's a little nervous be easy on her....how about you go sit in my office and Geet and I will clean this mess up

He said as he walked out of the office still staring at Geet

Geet: I'm sorry guys...I thought that maybe....

She tried to finish her sentence but couldn't tears started to form in her eyes

NT:Geet don't worry....this is how Veerji is....he's made one minute and the next he's fine it's going to be alright

She said trying to reassure Geet

Adi: she's right Geet...chalo lets clean this up before he comes back again

It was now lunch and Pinky and Geet waited for adi in the reception area

Pinky: so how is your first day going Geet?

Geet: horrible I already messed up first thing in the morning and Maan sir hasn't called me in his office since then I really think he's going to fire me today

Back in Maan's office Adi came in to talk to him

Adi: so Maan what do you think of Geet?

Maan just looked at Adi not saying anything to him

Adi: Maan can I ask you a favour

Maan: hmmmm

Adi: please don't be so hard on Geet she hasn't been having the best 2 years right now

Maan shot his head up in confusion

Maan: so what am I supposed to do about it life is tough and she needs to learn to deal with it

Adi yelled standing up for his friend

Adi: you know I don't yell much but I'm serious ease up on the poor girl she has a real sweet heart just try and give her a chance

Maan looked at adi still confused as to what he was talking about with Geet but really didn't care much for it

Maan:fine whatever you say...oh right dadi wanted me to let you know that she won't be able to make it for your wedding she's going on her annual mandir yatra

Adi:oh ok I'll let pinky know....but you still have to come you are my best man

Maan:i told you I'll be there

Adi: good just making sure...anyways shall we go for lunch

Maan: no I'm fine just pick me something up

Adi: fine than I'll just meet Pinky and Geet by myself

Hearing Geet's name mind suddenly decided that he'd join Adi too

Maan:wait...on second thought I think I'll come too

Adi: ok (he said confused)let's go than we're taking your car

Maan didn't know why but hearing that Geet was going to be there as well he just couldn't stop himself

Adi and Maan walked down to the girls only to see pinky standing there

Adi: where's Geet?

Adi asked looking around

Pinky: oh she said she'd be back she left her purse on my desk

Maan:here adi you take my keys and meet me at my car I'll wait for Geet her

Maan said shocked where that came from. MSK waiting for a girl what was happening to him he though

Adi: you sure

Adi asked thinking something is up with Maan

Maan: yes I'm sure

As pinky and adi left to Maan's car adi thought there was something strange going on with Maan but decided to not say anything about it.

Maan waited for Geet to arrive and when he saw her coming down the glass elevator he couldn't take his eyes off of her

Maan: Maan what the hell is wrong with you...you've never waited for any woman...or been lost staring at her....snap out of it

Geet:sir aap is everything ok

Geet asked hesitant

Maan:ya its fine I was just waiting for you to finally come so that we can go for lunch everyone is waited for us outside

He said rudely to her

Geet:we'll I didn't ask you to wait for me so stop showing me the attitude

Geet said irritated by his behaviour

Maan: excuse me I'm your boss is this how you talk to your boss...no respect

Geet: well excuse me too Mr. Khurana....maybe you should learn to talk to your employees with some respect as well...anyways I'm hungry so if you like can we please go

Geet said as she walked out the building

Maan had a faint smile on his lips

Maan: is this girl for real no one has ever talked to me this way....she sure is interesting

Once at the car adi and pinky sat in the back together forcing Maan and Geet to sit together in the front

Pinky: so where do you guys want to go for lunch

She asked holding her stomach in hunger

Geet: how about that place we went yesterday for dinner I really liked it there it felt like home

Geet said with a smile

Maan: and what place is that

Geet: well if I knew I would of said the name now wouldn't have I...(whispering to herself) Dusht Dhanav

Adi: oh Serenity

Geet: YES that place it felt like home to me

Maan smiled hearing this and lightly shook his head

Pinky: GEET lol that place is Dev and NT

Geet looked over at Maan who still had a smile on his face

Geet: oh ummm....we'll we could go somewhere else

Maan: no that's fine we can go there

Once at the restaurant Dev was estatic to see all for of them there

Dev: guy hey what's up come on in NT is actually done we'll join you for lunch as well

Adi:( thinking to himself) I really need to tell Dev this thing with Maan....ummm Dev can I talk to you for a second

Dev:ya sure

After seating everyone at the table Dev and adi went to a corner to talk where NT joined them

NT:hey guys what are you doing back her?

Dev:nothing adi needed to talk to us

Adi:its actually about Maan

Dev: really what's wrong

Adi:nothing is wrong it's just that today when I invited him for lunch he said now....but when he heard Geet was coming he decided to come with us....and today in the lobby Geet was running late and he told me and Pinky to wait at his car and he'd wait for Geet to come.....and on top of that he kept on staring at Geet in the car the whole rife here

Hearing this Dev and NT had huge smiles on their faces

Adi:are you guys ok?

NT: OMG ADI you just made my day

Adi:what do you mean

Dec: actually me and NT where hoping this would happen we think that Maan and Geet would be perdect for one another

They all stood there with smiles on their faces as they looked over and saw Geet and pinky talking while Maan was sitting across the table stealing glances at Geet over his menu.

Adi signalled pinky to come over to them. Once over there Dev and NT told them how they want to get Maan and Geet together.

At first pinky was a little hesitant but she knew that Geet deserved to be happy after the passing of Ranbir and gave Dev and NT the nod to do it

Both the couples hugged in excitement....and adi whispered in pinkys ear

Adi:pinky I know this will be hard but our Geet deserves to be happy and loved again after Ranbir

Pinky: I know...I was just wondering how we are going to do this

Dev:so now we just have to bring these two close together

Adi:that may be the hard part they're constantly bickering

NT:hmmm that's not always a bad thing

Pinky: I know what we can do

She said as she whispered a few things to everyone
